A classy establishment. The decor has a natural charm, well presented, with
appropriately soft lighting. Both venue and menu carry a consistent theme of refined quirkiness. Serves some of Melbourne's finest original cocktails, characterised by simple elegance. The meals here are exceptional, you will enjoy.
Unique menu. Really delicious. They obviously have a great chef. Lots of slow roasted meats and an impressive charcuterie and cheese selection. Wine list is moderate but has something for everyone's price point, even by the glass, which is nice to see. Don't be put off by the DJ. The music selection he spins compliments the chill/jazz bar atmosphere and still allows you to talk with friends. Cocktails are also great. Only thing lacking is a vegan option on the menu. Staff are warm, friendly and attentive. We'll be back.

Waiting for a dinner reservation across the road and figured we'd pop into The Modern Australian. Their eye catching back bar was magnificently filled with great spirits. Will be coming back to try and get through
their whisky collection.
Excellent coffee from barista DJ in the morning. Haven’t done breakfast or lunch yet, but we have had several meals here since NYE. The food is excellent and there is a good wine list. Highly recommended.
Cute little bar with variety of drinks! Had some good recommendations from the waiter! It’s a cute vibe for a first date! The interior decoration is amazing!
Today on my way back home I encountered this restaurant . Without knowing it , couldn’t end the day in a better way . My palate still thanks me for indulging and treating it this way . The decorations, the service, the food the atmosphere nothing has been left aside , everything convert to make you have a really good and delightful moment .
The Venison Carpaccio , the carrot and feta fritter was delicious.
I’m glad the waiter suggested me the panacotta for desert .They’ve nailed it , one of the best I ever had in my life !
