Bought scones with jam n cream & sugar lemon muffin, am not gonna lie, I was very happy n enjoyed em so much. The jam brings back childhood memories as the only time I'd eat it was when my extended family have special meeting at me nana's house. Customer service as well was very professional n welcoming by a tall slim gentleman. JB deserve 5⭐️.

Always the perfect coffee, never burnt nor bitter, great iced chocolate and coffee, abundant tasty snacks and small meals for those on the run, there's free chilled water that you can serve yourself on tap. A great place for a shopping break.

3.5. On the run today. Chose a flatbread with cheese, tomato and ham. Quite large and nicely toasted. Not expensive either. Service was prompt and pleasant. You can’t ask much more I say.

This was my favourite place at Northland to get coffee. But I won’t be going back again. My last visit, my almond latte tasted like dishwater. Didn’t have a coffee colour, didn’t taste like coffee. Almond milk was 80c extra. Splash of honey another $1 and adding some more coffee was another 80c. Making this the most expensive “coffee” I’ve ever had. The amount of places shamelessly charging astronomical amounts for low quality food and drinks is appalling

Jamaican Blue serves good strong coffee in a subtly relaxing spacious environment, considering it is located in a busy shopping centre. After hours of christmas shopping I was in desperate need of a much over due coffee break. Jamaican Blue offers a seating area away from the main foodcourt and when we saw it was quite, we took a seat along the comfy couches giving our aching feet a break. After deciding we weren’t hungry and the muffins and cakes didn’t look all that appealing in the display cabinet, we decided to only order drinks being an iced coffee and a long black. When ordering at the register I was asked if I would like cream on the iced coffee and declined as I was anticipating it would already be to sweet with the ice-cream.

The drinks arrived promptly by an over friendly waitress who clearly looked like she was enjoying her job. The iced coffee was lovely and refreshing and wasn’t in the slightest bit sweet just how I like it. The beverage was actually cold which was nice and perfectly creamy with a good milk to coffee ratio. The long black was presented steaming hot with excellent dark roasting flavour. It was on the watery side but one can’t complain when ordering a coffee from a chain cafe.

Jamaican Blues Northland cafe is homed to good service, acceptable coffee and will do just fine to take a break from the chaotic shopping centre atmosphere.
