Review Bubble Tea Industry - Preston

Yum! Finally, bubble tea finally tastes like tea and not just sugar! Lee is a wonderfully friendly, helpful and lovely person. She recommended the Supreme Oreo Milk tea - not disappointed! It's not as heavy as it sounds, but is just as delicious. There's cheese foam and crushed Oreo's on top. Fantastic.

Been wanting to try plain bubble milk tea with cheese foam but other bubble tea shops usually combine them with fruit teas. I must say this one did not disappoint. Milk tea was on par with the better ones but with this one the cheese foam on top provided a nice creamy and salty finish. Yum! If only they had a shop in the cbd..

Their milkteas are really delicious and the pearls are fantastic! (don’t forget to try mini pearls!!!) I have tried variations from them and every drink never fails to amaze me! I’d highly recommend the fresh tea with cheese foam and black & white pearls :)

Have to edit my review just to give them 1 star (instead of 5 before) Very bad customer service The staff is not even able to hear or speak English. When I ordered White Pearls Milk Tea and wanted to use the Discount voucher, he asked me to wait and go in the back to ask other staff came and talk to me, because he couldnt understand ???? Dont want to be racist, but does those people need to at least improve their English before going out looking for job? Especially those jobs that require Communication with customer? Very disappointed

Ordered the mango green tea drink with pearls. It was so delicious and tasted very fresh!

Ordered the pearl milk tea and the pearls were mushy and there was no ice which I think would have made quite a difference

Hidden gem. Authentic and fresh, a far cry from the overly busy Chatime at the food court. Definitely worth a try.

I really like this place especially the fruit teas with cheese in them hehe it was so good I really wanna try all the fruit teas.
Don’t really drink milk tea cause it’s overrated but y’all should get other flavours

This is large-sized Supreme Oreo Milk Tea with double pearls. First time tried it and I really liked it although it's a little bit too sweet. And I work in Northland SC so I got a 10%discount. My cup is $6.3. Just love this flavour and I think I'll attached to it in a long time.

Great range of beverages! And the order is made as specified. The drinks are very tasty, especially the matcha latte and the mango green tea!

Another new bubble tea shop to feed my growing addiction! Conveniently located just outside Coles. The menu is short and sweet (literally times 2!)
The friendly lady took our order and offered us a choice of pearls (for me, all pearls are created equal so I wasn't too fussed).
With the plethora of bubble tea shops sprouting all over Melbourne, the new joints have to try and provide a point of difference. Therefore, I chose the sponge cake pearl milk tea - a brand new flavour I have never ever encountered before. It was delicious but it tasted like cheese foam with some custard mixed in with the milk tea....I think.
Their lychee green tea was pretty to look at and yummy to drink.
So it's a warm welcome to Bubble Tea Industry and here's wishing you a long life ahead.

My favourite is the cheese foam black milk tea with pearls and it never disappoints. The owner is always kind enough to remember my order. Best bubble tea shop not only in the complex but everywhere! I hope they keep expanding their store locations.

One of the best bubble tea places in Melbourne, and surpass the popular chains in flavour and quality. Drinks are always freshly made and the staff are really friendly.

Staff were polite, friendly and helped me to navigate through the new menu. I ordered the pearl milk tea with no sugar. My milk tea was brewed very well; there was a good tea flavour to it and the pearls were really chewy. I see a lot of potential with this new bubble tea shop if they can keep their quality and service up. I look forward to trying more flavours!

This new bubble tea kiosk/shop just opened up in front of ANZ & Coles in Northland.
I tried the Shizuoko Matcha Milk Tea and Taro Milk Tea. Both were great and so was the service. I recommend the white and black pearls mixed, they're a bit sweeter.
Tea Industry has M/L drink sizes, a loyalty rewards card and 2 types of pearls to choose from.
I'm not a fan of Chat Time at Northland because their Taro milk tea has floating stuff in it. Not very nice.
Bubble Tea Industry clearly uses higher quality ingredients, or a better filtering process. As they has no floating crap in their drinks!
Bubble Tea Industry will be my go to Bubble Tea joint from now on :)
