Review Nando's - Preston

Friendly staff, clean and tidy. Good food.

Food is good but a little greesy. Staff were ok but distracted. Once we got their attention it was all good. Not much parking and people never seen to take one spot. This is a good place for a quick meal, standard Nando's food and high quality takeaway.

One of the best fast food outlets around. Your chicken is grilled to order, rather than pre-booked, and it's worth the short wait. Portions can be a bit small, which they make up for by giving you lots of chips.

Abit disappointed didn't get offered to be a member or else i would consuming more nandos yummy abit of a wait when i visited. Other customers the sauce is for everyone do not hog and keep the sauce at your table you can only do that at home!

Service was good. I was disappointed with the size of the meal. We ordered half a chicken and we got a few bits and pieces of nice chicken but definitely not half. Poor value for money.

I experienced the rudest service at nandos preston the other day. I waited over 50 minutes for a meal that I purchased for my family. I ended up having to cancel and ordering food elsewhere. Customer service were also extremely rude. I will never visit this store again.

Love Nandos chicken but the prices keep going up and the portions seem to be getting smaller.

Hello. Today I brought a veggie burger along with chips from your Northland, Vic store and I am a vegan and I am intolerant to egg. I asked a few staff if the veggie burger was vegan and all staff confirmed yes.. Half an hour later I am in excruciating pain, I would like a refund..

I come to this Nandos very often and have never had a bad experience. However today I was in waiting at my table and noticed the roof was leaking all over the floor right next to me, I notified a staff member and she didn't acknowledge my comment or do anything about it nor bother to clean it up. I ended up changing tables. The fact that myself or someone else could have slipped over and seriously injured themselves shows the complete lack of care for safely. Really disappointed with the staff there.

Been to this particular restaurant on High st Preston a few times and had the supremo wrap with the lemon & herb one time and the mango and lime sauce another time with chips and drink for 'about' an extra $6 or 7... When it arrived less than 10 minutes later it was a pretty generous size with plenty of chicken, salad mix and my goodness the sauces were also generous and absolutely delicious and blended nicely with all the ingredients. The small chips I don't think were small either and were crispy and soft inside. All in all Delicious and well portioned above the price. When you get meals of this "quality and quantity" , for the sake of a few dollars it just doesn't make sense to go to the fast food places any more where the food has become disgusting and also gotten smaller and smaller over years and have creeeped up to around the $13 for a very below quality meal... I now go proper restaurants and cafe's that offer pretty decent quality and well portioned meals, and of course healthier and more delicious meals between around $10 and $17. The fast food places no longer make sense to me..

Nandos is my kinda fast food. Used to frequent A lot more during my uni days however not a regular anymore. Still enjoy chips with lots of peri peri salt and quarter chicken basted with hot peri peri sauce. I generally go to the Indian Grocery store MKS in Preston and drop in at the Nandos across the road. The food at MKS is pretty good though but I will leave that for another day. I would like to add all Nandos are not the same, some places are lot better and I think Preston outlet is definitely a lot better than others I have been to because of the staff and spacious place. It also has customer parking outside which is always convenient.
Food: 4.0
Ambience: 3.5
Service: 3.5
One of my favourite Nandos in Melbourne chicken is cooked perfectly. Unlike some places where I ask for extra sauce and they give me extra sauce but my chicken is secretly burnt. Been here about a dozen time hasn't let me down yet.

Decided to have a late lunch. Really enjoyed the very fresh supremo chicken burgers with the sweet potato chips.
This Nandos is great as it has ample parking and seating place. Customer service was lovely too

This branch serves very consistent and tasty chicken. The chips are on point most of the time, crunchy outside but moist inside with generous peri salt sprinkled evenly. Chicken is also moist and slightly smoky. However, glasses were a bit smelly last time we dined there, probably due to sloppy cleaning/drying.

Best Nandos! And the staff here are really top notch! Had such a good time here. Can get busy at times but that's life. Food is cooked very well by master grillers! I've made this my weekly stop for quality chicken!

The chicken tastes like small cages and batteries
