Great customer service both in the office and from the reps. They really know their stuff and can help you with your setup. Moved from a bulk coffee supplier to a specialty coffee supplier was the best thing we ever did. We run a cafe 4 hours out of Melbourne and they still come visit us a couple of times a year to make sure we're happy and the machine is tuned in... Now that's service!!

Ordered pre-ground online. My coffee was delivered the next day to Sydney Metro, carefully packed and tracked throughout. The coffee itself is amazing and perfectly ground for stovetop like I requested. I've had a brilliant experience with DC coffee!
