Review Domino's Pizza - Preston

Ordered delivery from here and revieved a pizza with no sauce. I called the store and was told by the manager repeatedly he definitely put it on. Other than the fact I worked at dominos for 2 years, its pretty bloody obvious when a pizza doesnt have sauce. He then quite rudely refused to send out another pizza, and told me to pick it up or take it up with Menulog. This is not how you do business

They always get the order wrong, change the order by themselves without confirming, delivery guys asking you to come down because they feel too lazy to do their jobs. I hate sweet and sour sauce and every time I order something, I make sure to remove sweet and sour sauce and choose another one and they send all the sweet and sour sauces only. (Happened multiple times). I ordered wings once the big pack, they sent 3 and replaced the rest with dutch pancakes without even calling and confirming first. (I hate dutch pancakes). I ordered 3 serving on brownies and they didn’t give the chocolate dip with any of them. Very disappointed!!!!!

Called over the phone, ordered 12:51pm and was told that will arrive 30-35mins. Did not arrive so I rang again the store around 1:40pm to ask what time is the delivery coming and was told by 7 mins but took another 25 mins before I got the pizza! Not happy with the service! Will not order from this store again.

This is one of the better Domino's in the area, way better in quality and quantity of ingredients and toppings compared to Thomastown... They make the pizza like a neighbourhood shop, don't skimp on toppings and a very well made pizza. Usually ready for pickup in 10 minutes and service in the store is quick. This is the only local Domino's I go to...

NO VEGAN CHEESE, SINCE FEB 13 2022. (shipment due on Thursday) If this was my business I would be finding an alternative. For instance, istead of loosing customers I would be running to Woolworths and buying vegan cheese. Which for this store is maybe 5 minutes away. Very very disappointing 😞

Satyr was our delivery man very good dude grate service. On the phone excellent after we had some issues with the online order but the guy sorted it out and we had our dinner in no time. Thanks

Ordered a gluten free cheese pizza last night. Really great service and it was ready in 10 minutes. For my first experience it was terrific and perhaps only more stronger flavoured cheese would give it a 5 star.

Staff not attending customers, to busy having fun in the back. 6 people and not one at the counter, keeping me waiting for ages. Very displeased!!!! Didnt even recieve the correct pizza.

VERY impressed with Domino’s new vegan pizzas! I also enjoy their ‘vegorama’ with vegan cheese instead of the dairy ones. They are always very generous with their toppings & the original crust is a perfect thickness.

Why did I even order from here?! I should've known better!! Never again. <br/>TWO pizzas were missing pineapple (the best part of the darn pizza) and one had the wrong sauce! The thin bases taste terribly cardboardy and the driver went all over the place while we stood freezing on the street waiting and wasn't told the correct address by the person on the phone at the store!!<br/>The only good thing is the garlic bread. Seriously. <br/>So bad.

We buy from this outlet most of the time not only because it's in proximity to our home, as the coburg outlet is just as close. But because so far their pizzas are the best we've tried within the Domino's spectrum. Our favourite is the $5 spicy beef pizza. In other outlets we have found they either use too much spicy sauce or are stingy with the rest of the ingredients. But at this Preston outlet we order & pay with the app and the pizzas are ready like clockwork.

No food in the house on a Wednesday night. Perfect excuse to get pizza. Through a quick OzBargain search, Domino's already low priced pizza becomes even cheaper with voucher codes. This is of course provided that you order over the internet.<br/><br/>Domino's Pizzas are value for money, to say the least. How can you go wrong with pizza? Pizzas are tasty, filling and easy to share. Great food and minimal mess. What more could you want?<br/><br/>This particular Domino's is located next to a convenience store if you want to pair your pizza with beer. With easy parking also readily available, this store definitely earns some brownie points. The shop itself does have a table and bar stools to eat your pizza in store if you wish, but I really cannot imagine a lot of people who would do that. The venue was clean and the staff performance is average. They weren't supremely eager to serve, just humble folks working a job. Nothing spectacular, but nothing bad either. <br/><br/>As for the pizzas - well, pizza is pizza. It's kind of hard to go wrong, you know?. Since most of the ingredients are processed food (hams, mince etc), I cannot really claim them to be terrific. That being said, they were not unpleasant, either. I cannot really fault them for not using fresh ingredients at a fast food outlet. Quantities of toppings were below average. What encapsulates your taste buds is probably more of the sauce and cheese than the toppings itself. At least there is plenty of cheese. For a $7 pizza, you get what you pay for.<br/><br/>Domino's Pizza is for those looking for something relatively cheap, quick and easy. It is by no means classy, but it does leave a satisfying feeling on your tongue and fill your stomach in the end. Isn't that the whole point of food?

This store over charges on the phone when you place your order compared to online.. We made an order over the phone and got charged an extra $18.00 compared to making an order online. When we called the store to get a refund the manager refused and tried to fob us off with saying he had spoken with head office and they were going to email us free pizza vouchers. This was not the case when we complained to head office. Now the manager is avoiding our calls. Bad customer service!!

I didnt expect much and that what i got, i ate the pizza and i reckon if i ate box there wouldnt be much difference

McPizza, what was I thinking?. Had a craving for a 'McPizza' so thought we'd tried Dominoes. Wasn't expecting much and what we got was less than average - two slightly warm pizzas, one over cooked, one under cooked, tomato sauce tasted strange, dry and gristly ground beef, soggy, cheap ingredients etc, etc.... And almost $30 for these two medium sized pizzas. Their online ordering process is really vague, you only get a price once you've ordered, there's no mention of sizes or deals,etc,etc... No thanks.
