Review Seafood Junction - Preston

Goce Todoroski
Went this place because of the reviews Lets not kid ourselves possibly the worst chips I have had bright yellow and burnt with no salt what so ever! If I strained the oil on the Flake and potato cakes I would have enough oil to fill up a 2L bottle. I would not recommend this place to my own worst enemy and lets just say my toilet is hating me right now...

So lucky my favourite fish n' chips shop is my nearest. Consistently lovely fresh fish in a crispy batter. We are regulars here and they never disappoint.

Shocked this place has decent reviews. The chips were bright yellow, under salted and too soft. Ordered 2 flakes and they were super oily. I've had much better elsewhere.

Best Fish n Chips in Preston. The flake is crispy and the burgers are old school. The staff are so lovely too.

Really satisfied with the feed I got, the burger was decent, the potato cakes were not bad, but the chips were fantastic. Would recommend. They do have EFTPOS by the way.

Yum yum in my tum tum! Ordered a fish pack ($7) which consisted of 1 Fish of the day + Chips. Pretty reasonably priced and quite a big portion of chips! Battered and fried upon order. Fish tasted pretty fresh and the batter was just right - Thick enough to add a crunch to my fish yet not to the point where the taste of batter is overwhelming.

Delicious! Fresh fish, tasty chips and friendly service. So pleased I’ve discovered this place, will definitely be back!

Totally surprised by the quality! Looks like an old corner shop but they do fresh fish (not frozen), battered or crumbed to order. Good oil and flavour, and fish is like $6 a piece! Def recommended for a cheap fish and chips takeaway night.

very good and friendly. good burgers, recommend putting potato cake in burger. Reasonably priced. i would say best fish and chippery in the northern suburbs. i go here maybe 4 times a week.

I live more closer to at least 4 - 6 different fish n chip shops. I choose to come to Seafood Junction as the food tastes fresh and tasty. The shop is clean.

Best fish and chips in the area. Such quality fish and chips! Fish is all from Australian waters, potato cakes and hamburger patties are made on site, chips are cooked to perfection! Would recommend this fish and chip shop for anyone in the area.

Lamb they used was lamb eye fillet! And potato cakes were triple fried and so crispy outside n creamy inside. Chicken patties were made of chicken stripes, so yumy n juicy! Love this little humble store, food is superisily tasty
