The decor isn’t the most up to date but do yourself a favour and have the brisket burger and lamb shanks. Amazing. The wait staff were delightful.

A few of my friends have had problems with the owner of the restaurant that's why half a point was taken off because he has made the experience unpleasant for them
i've eaten here a couple of times, it's a good place for a catch-up lunch or dinner. the staff and waiters here are extremely friendly and helpful. the food tastes really good but for the price they aren't very big portions. my favourite was the basket of chips with some sort of sauce, i don't know what it was about them but they tasted amazing!
Easy place to catch up with friends.. Food is reasonable not to fancy. Some items are pricey but the Monster Parma is worth every penny. Has a reasonable outdoor area if you want to dine outside. Pizzas are pretty good too.
I was very surprised as to how good this place was. Just got something to eat after a movie and it was delicious.
The pizzas were thin and cooked perfectly! The hot pizza I got was actually hot full of kick. The calamari salad was also delicious - simple but done well.
The waitress was wonderful, so lovely, attentive and polite. Made the whole dining experience a pleasure.
I would definitely recommend this place.

Staff: very friendly and professional. Accomodating and knowledgable.
Food: Very good. Had a carbonara without bacon, add mushroom (basically a creamy mushroom pasta) and it was VERY good. Parsley and parmesan really made the dish. Pasta was perfect. Vegetarian focaccia was so tasty, too!
Coffee: Great foam on the soy cap. Nice coffee.
Space: Great large dining room, TVs at both ends with a movie (subtitles on) and sport.
Will return.
First things first, amazing service. Waiter and waitresses very helpful kind welcoming and always smiling. Thats bonus points already. Chicken avocado main was tasty and chicken Caesar a generous serving. Recommended
Generally a hit and miss with this place. On some of the menu, items are spelled wrong, things seem to be labelled gluten free when written that bread is on the dish... confusing. Last time I went here I had the seafood risotto. It was tasty but basic. Before I was coeliac my favourite dish was the Greek lamb plate. Highly recommend this. My boyfriend would definitely say that his favourite is either the lamb plate or the monster parmas 😂
I have been here and multiple occasions, most recently for coffee and cake. The place is huge with ample seating inside and outside and beautifully decorated inside. The menu has a large range of food (breakfast, lunch and tea) and a variety of drinks. The staff on each encounter have always been friendly and willing to assist if you unsure what to order. The portion sizes are LARGE, a person next to me ordered a parmigiana and when it came I heard him saying how massive it was & I have to agree. This place is definitely a good choice if you want quality food, at reasonable prices in a nicer environment that northland shopping centre itself!
The restaurant was completely empty when we dined here so it was a relaxed lunch. The food came out really fast, and the waitress was super helpful with all the non dairy options and I appreciated her help a lot!

Haven't been to Bella for ages my family and decided to go their for breakfast this morning. They have changed the look of the restaurant inside and out. And have also changed their menu since I was last there which was a long time ago.Breakfast menu there is a wide range to choose from with the usual things that is on every breakfast menu.I had the Jamaican Banana Pancakes with Walnuts, Maple Syrup and Some Very Delicious Vanilla Ice Cream. I also asked for a Side Of Bacon so I could experience the Sweet and Salty Experience. They were absolutely delicious. It was one big huge Pancake and the Size of a Dinner Plate and a lot better than the Pancake Parlours and a lot Cheaper than the Pancake Parlours. Other members of my family also had the Same Pancakes as I did. And they also had one of the Omelettes on the menu. And their was also a Serve of Baked Beans on Toast.Coffees and Hot Chocolates were also very nice and Hot and mine was definitely made the way I asked for it to be made.Will definitely be back for breakfast soon and I also looked at the main menu and will definitely go back for either Lunch or Dinner.Casabella Northland you have definitely got yourself some new customers and I will definitely be back to eat breakfast lunch or dinner.

Ive been to casabella a few times and havent made a review but lately ive had the same waiter serve me and I must admit I haven't had this kind of service at any restaurant. Always bubbly and full of energy. You can tell the difference when you enter the restaurant the greeting u get no matter what goes wrong I knew I was gonna enjoy this restaurant. He tells us his been working here for a while and he loves his job, theres not many pplz in hospitality that has that quality. Cheers to you mate keep up the good job.
Great place to eat!! The Mexican Parma was good not the best Parma but pretty good! The customer service we received was great only thing i can complain about is the damn violin music band that is so annoying and unnecessary it was loud distracting and just didn't suit the place I mean come one its northland not queens palace!

Best mothers day for a long time. Made a booking at casa bella for lunch got sat down at my table by a lovely young guy who gave me a rose to wish me a happy mothers day. Never felt so special in my life. Mind u my son booked the place and I was 50/50 about this place but turned out to b perfect food was servered quickly and eventhough the restaurant was full, we still got looked after like we where the only ones in the restaurant. Thank u casa bella and crew for a day to remember.
Funny how customers who eat at Casa for years never put anything on here how good the food is but as soon as they don't like one thing they write a book. Grow up

Went there last night, food was great, service though was really poor..all my friends had a pasta dish mine was excellent penne matricanna was one best ever had, dessert i had fried icecream with butterscotch sauce also excellent .. wait staff very bad had to keep asking for drinks, friend offered a coffee that never came, kept asking whether she already had it. Would go back because food was great.
The prices are a little high for a restaurant conveniently placed at mediocre shopping centre in Melbourne. I ordered the calamari main which arrived very quickly and as the menu promises, it was very tender. The service - not so tender. We had to keep asking for cutlery as it hadn't been brought before or with our food, and then when we asked for salt (which is usually set on tables all day, everyday) the waiter rolled his eyes and sarcastically asked if we had any other requests. All in all it was a good meal, but I could've enjoyed the same meal for the same price with better service at a better venue

me my husband and a few relatives when to case bella on friday night we didn't have a booking so we had to wait for a table for around 15minutes. (that was our fault for not booking) but when we were seated the staff took our orders after around 10 min and the food came out really fast.
i had the seafood risotto which was to die for my husband had the lamb shanks and the rest of our friends had other meals and pizzas.
our friends had told us to come to case bella a few times so we thought we would try it out and seriously it was great.
if you go there try there sticky date pudding there to die for.
I've read there other reviews and I'm shocked but then i think its only ppl who had one bad experience who write these reviews so everyone else who loves this place doesn't write anything (its a shame)
don't judge the place by others experience try this place.

Thumbs up!. Great place for a meal or just a catch up coffee before or after shopping. It's not a cheap place to eat but the food is great.
