Ordered food at 8:39pm. It's 9.06 pm now and many people are waiting for thier orders. There are only two staff members at the front and no orders have been delivered. Waited 40mins for our meal (3 combos) I was the only person at counter at this stage, after 25mins I asked how long, I was told it would be another 20mins, I asked for a refund, then they changed it to 5 mins, waited another 10. Then asked for a refund. They said the only wait was the original fill

The staff are extremely unhelpful. Instead of offering to help with your drive in order, they get huffy because you're making them wait while you try to decipher the menu (the menu that hides all the best deals)
