This cafe is a place where I always stop by to have a coffee ☕ and read the newspaper 📰 The mother and daughter team who run this cafe are very friendly and do a wonderful job greeting their customers, a lot of who seem to be regulars. The cafe is located inside the Northpark Shopping Centre opposite the Coles supermarket. The cafe is always busy but the service is prompt. There are a lot of tables and chairs and it's easy to find a place to sit. The caffè latte that I usually have is perfect and they also have takeaway coffee and food/snacks. This is definitely a very good cafe that I can recommend to anyone visiting the Northpark Shopping Centre... 👍👍👍👍👍

Best customer service, period. Everyone is amazing! Top tier coffee and they'll go above and beyond to make it just how you like It! Food is always good! Pick any item and you won't be disappointed.

Very disappointed with the service in this cafe. It appears they pick and choose who to provide good service to, as I stood waiting for 10+ minutes to be served and nobody acknowledged that I was there. Running around and yelling at each other, disappointing customer service.

Busy place, staff and owner (Laila) are always very personsble. Great coffee too.

Seems so odd to me all the bad reviews on here as I had nothing but a lovely experience. Best coffee I've had in a while and I'm picky! And the barista was super friendly, making conversation while she made my coffee. Definitely recommend.
