Review Taste A Curry - Queanbeyan

Excellent food! Among the best Indian we've ever had, and certainly the best priced. Banquet is great value, with a large variety, definitely recommended. Also plenty of vegan options, the vegan wine was a pleasant surprise!

Went to have dinner with a group here. I already knew the name of Taste A curry and was excited to be able to make the trip to Queanbeyan to eat there. The food was awesome and the staff is great. Such hospitality is rare to find. I will definitely be eating here wen I am in this side of town.

Really lovely place to dine and the food was delicious. It's rare these days to go to a restaurant and find staff who are passionate about service and passionate about their food. We had a lovely dinner here on a Friday night consisting of a chicken curry and a vegan soy beef curry, and both were delicious. The service was super friendly without being too familiar, with our waiter recommending dishes to try and checking in on us throughout the meal. All around lovely experience and yummy food.

I love curries and the curries from this place would have to be among the best I have had the pleasure of eating. My daughter and grandchildren don't like their food very spicy, so we order our curries mild, and they love it. My grandchildren say the butter chicken and the mango chicken is their favourite. While I agree they are delicious, my favourite is the madras curry (either lamb or chicken and either mild or medium). The food and service is so good, I am now a "regular". (Best in the Canberra region imo.)

Thanks - the food was excellent. We tried three different dishes plus accompaniments that were new to us and enjoyed them all. Service was warm and friendly. Cost was very reasonable. Definitely worth coming back!

My wife and I really enjoyed the food (again) and the service was again friendly & excellent. Two main meals (Madras lamb and Chicken Tikka Marsala), two breads and rice was our order. Meals were well presented, very tasty and we didn't have to wait too long. Thanks Mohish and staff for another enjoyable dining experience!
