Review Domino's Pizza - Queanbeyan

Ordered 2 sides along with the pizza. Both sides terribly burnt. Called the store to tell them and ask for a replacement. Was told they would send it. Waited half an hour, then called them back and was told it would take another 20 mins. It was 10:03 when I called. Told them I do not want it and asked for a number to send the pictures of the burnt sides. Absolutely disgusted.

I am a loyal customer of Domino's Pizza Queanbeyan for years. I feel disappointed with the manager as well as the employee named Eli. Because l just told them that l ordered last time is not of standard. They won't accept criticism. How will a business improve if you won't listen to your customers. I was treated unfairly. I tried to order and use a different surname. Eli said I know your voice, your blacklisted, you can't order. How ridiculous is that. Really horrible. They won't let me speak to the owner to explain my side.Rude manager and employee.

Domino’s Queanbeyan would do well with a customer service and handling food safety course !! Inclusive of manager! Got a pizza last night was given the wrong pizza, they said was my error even though we only order the same pizza every-time. manager was unhealthful and wouldn’t replace the $8 pizza saying it was our own fault despite the error of the wrong pizza the pizza that did arrive ,surly wouldn’t of passed quality control! it disproportionately had topping and sauce over it, didn’t try it the pizzas as you knew by looking at it it’s way to dry! Not to mention the manager touching and scratching his balls while we went back in store to return the gross incorrect pizza. We returned our pizza and left with no replacement. We won’t be back. I’d recommend dominos look into. Management Queanbeyan as they clearly have some crucial customer service not to mention healthy and safety skills lacking!

It's open till late, one of the few options for late night food in Queanbeyan. It's budget friendly and pizzas are great too. Spicy veg supreme and cheesy garlic bread are my favourites.

I've had some bad pizza before in my time, however there is no way a place that only makes pizza could ever pass what I had delivered tonight. I ordered three pizzas. 1 pepperoni that literally only had half the pizza covered with pepperoni, something you would assume should have been picked up by the maker of the pizza, the cook or the pizza cutter. One with double mushroom, that had a measly surging at best. One pizza came out ok, maybe more than one pizza at a time is too much of a load? I was surprised at how badly a quality control system could go wrong, until I called the store to complain. The phone was answered, I gave the man on the phone my name and that I would like to complain about my order, I was put on hold, and after a little while I was hung up on. I called back and the same thing happened.

Watched my driver drive past my street after several stops, called the store and the manager didn't even have the decency to come to the phone, just sent a generic excuse. I'm tired of having to heat up my order.

Fast reliable service. Great pizza for affordable price. Will always go there whenever I need to and the staff are excellent
