I actually didn't think it was possible to find terrible KFC ... until I discovered Queanbeyan! Second time now I've visited to be told that there was no chicken. The burger I did have was tougher than a steak, the chips were cold and the wings were disgusting. My Pepsi max was fresh though, so there was that. Seriously, lower your expectations and go next door to McDonalds because this KFC is absolutely disgusting.

2nd time eating here, my chicken legs were the size of my longest finger, chips were half cooked and stuck to the paper, I had random popcorn chicken pieces and to top it off no straw, no spoon, no napkins no towel for the drive.
Never eating here again.
Staff were young with No F@$ks given on service and quality.

Actually, great service! Managed to call me during an uber eats order, and explain they did not have the correct products to fulfil the order. Instead they made something else under my advisement. Professional, kind and great quality food

Worst KFC,in Queanbeyan. Bags are never sealed on delivery. Food always cold. Three times in a row that only half the order arrives. Got a refund each time but NOT good enough and what does turn up is unedible. Never going back.

12:21pm, i ordered the food and had been waiting for it. The untidy guy on the register with 0 customer service skills had dead expression on his face, spoke to me very rudely. I dont see how that's good customer service. Very upset, not going here anymore.

Kfc is okay, deliveroo is not. Totally wrong order. Old . . Gravy was spilt and dried/crusty. Wrong drink. Nuggets didn't arrive. Two potato and gravey no coleslaw. Got a full refund but want the driver banned. It can not have been the restaurant that did this.

I ordered through the app, a register operator told me they have got the order and preparing it but found out from other register operator not been prepared and ended up waiting for 20 minutes, while other customers who ordered in store got served within minutes. Its a really bad combination between poor customer service and their app.

Personally I don't eat KFC but I take my boys through the drive though please get someone to clean the windows shelves and all the drive though area absolutely filthy grease dirt cob webs not sure how the health inspector can let the place serve food, team members have no personality the whole place needs a good clean out
