Lovely enclosed veranda view out the back, coffee was good, wait staff were happy to serve us coffee & cake even though they were close to closing. Also happy to chat to us.
Breakfast was lovely, well cooked and a good size plate. The venue itself is beautiful (you are surrounded by a lush garden), but there is zero atmosphere. We were the only people here.
Lovely. I'm a semi-regular over 2016/2017. Beautiful little hidden garden/cafe - complete with small cubby for little one to explore. Great coffee/scones/brekky.
Sad to see poor reviews - I love this place! On a pleasant day, sitting in the outdoor garden, kids pottering around without annoying anyone. Our food was great - I don't often see homemade hash-browns! Good coffee, and an awesome homemade almond shortbread - bliss!
Here on holidays and just found this great little cafe with a beautiful setting and dog friendly, they even have treats for them.
great coffee and i enjoyed my food ( i had the burger) but thought the chips were a little underdone, well worth a visit.
Cant fault the food or coffee, would like to see table service but were they lack in service they make up for in food and coffee. We really liked the garden and fish ponds and felt safe with our kids running around as they the had a gate to keep them fenced in.
Consistently delightful - we love this place. Run by a really nice couple - this place delivers fresh food that has never disappointed. The Chef has a clear commitment to high quality produce and takes obvious pride in his fare. I particularly enjoy the brekkie bruschetta for early visits and the kramsky or lamb for lunch.
Great food, service needs to improve. Cute place &garden, great food. They would do WAY better though if they would only be a little more welcoming, smile and provide a little more service. Hoping that improves as I always enjoy the food.
Great garden so terrific spot on a good day. Food really high quality. While not as bad as some of other reviews, service not fantasti.
Great place with rear garden alongside a gallery. This place is just off the main shopping street in Queenscliff, alongside a gallery and with a lovely rear garden area. The best thing about this place is all-day breakfast and the Eggs Benedict - when other places tell you that the Hollandaise Sauce is home-made and then you taste it and immediately realise it's that European brand out of the jar, this café/restaurant actually makes the Hollandaise sauce from scratch and to order - oh, and it's sublime with perfectly poached eggs. Great staff, great service and a chef who doesn't skimp.
Lovely cafe off the main street. beautiful gardens. Cash only which was a surprise with covid precautions, Lovely couple and their gorgeous little girl who was helping out.😊 will go again.
Beautiful garden! Great spot to sit outside with kids. Loved the food. Will be back
I used to go this cafe years ago when we lived in Pt Lonsdale and remember the enchanting garden setting. We dropped in for afternoon tea two times on our recent visit to the area, and as very fussy dark roast coffee drinkers, were very pleased to find that this was the best coffee we've had in the area over the last few days. The scones were freshly made and served with generous portions of jam and thick cream, not that whipped stuff out of a can. I'll be very happy to make this cafe a regular in my stomping ground when we return to live later this year. NOTE: have cash at the ready. It's surprising that they don't have card facilities.
