Beautiful quirky little stopover from a bygone era. Love the ye olde atmosphere and decor. Great coffee and the cornish pastie was delicious. Staff very friendly, took the time to explain the buildings fascinating history, highly recommended....
Attractive from the outside. Big and spacious,located in the cbd. All the ingredients for success. However, the coffee wasn’t quite right. One of our team members ordered scones with jam but served chutney instead. The pie and brownie were okay
As you approach Emily's Bistro it is clear it's from a bygone era. From the window decorations to inside furniture and decor. There is a delicious selection of pastries, pies and cakes. The family that run it, are friendly and happy to have a chat. I'm looking forward to return.
Would recommend a stop if you are passing through. Wonderfully retro place like a 50s milk bar, with a baker onsite. The pies and pasties were some of the best I've had anywhere.
Lovely staff, delightful decor, good variety of savoury pies and sweet pastries, largest range of milkshake flavours I ever saw.
