The staff refunded me the cost, put in a new order (at that time, they had stopped taking new orders), and gave me a free drink. I really appreciated how they handled

The service has gone to hell in the last few months. They stuffed our order 2 of the last 3 times we’ve been here. The first time they missed a quarter of the order. The 2nd time one of the items ordered wasn’t available but we weren’t told until after the order was cooked. We’re all for supporting

Worst fish n chips ever! Waited for almost an hour for 2 grilled fish, took it to the beach and only 1 set cutlery given, chips and fish were tasteless, fish smelled and uncooked properly, chucked it all in the bin. Don't waste your time and money! Customer service terrible, everyone seemed unfrien

Don't come here for service as the workers are rude and arrogant. The wait time is also horrendous. The grilled fish is great. Love crumbed calamari which they don't sell. They only sell battered which isn't nice at all.
