Excellent place for brunch. The smell of baked food was amazing! They don’t have very long menu but each dish was perfect and made with all heart. Love the Avo tomato salsa! The corn fritters were soft and flavorful! Definitely will go again!
I’ve been here before for coffee and the occasional breakfast, and I find it to be a decent place. It’s not 100% perfect but worth the visit.
With the breakfast I found that the bacon wasn’t fantastic and a little over cooked,l for my liking (personal preference) and the toast wasn’t fantastic. Other then this, the scrambled eggs was delicious and the coffee is always good and worth going back for.
The service is always prompt, friendly and always welcoming. The ambiance is quite good and inviting. The menu has a moderate selection and am sure everyone will find something they like.
I can come here again and try something new.
Came here on my lunch break. Had an iced chocolate and the corn and asparagus risotto! Never had this combination before, but was actually really good!! Really enjoyed it. :)
I have been coming here for approx 6 months on and off. I usually get the Shakshuka. Sometimes it’s absolutely divine and other times it’s almost soupy lacks flavour. The inconsistency is frustrating.
While the decor is cute and homely, the tables are far too tiny and squished, and the customer service leaves you feeling that they’d rather you didn’t exist. The atmosphere is not welcoming.
Still - the coffee is great and the food *usually* tasty - and their selection of muffins is exquisite!
Still I find myself coming back here when I’m feeling like a gamble - because when it’s good it’s really good!
This place screams BRUNCH! Days when you just want to go out and let food convince you that everything's okay, 22 grams is the place for you.
The chocolate shake, cappuccino, soft scrambled eggs with buttery and crisp sourdough bread, juicy bacon and sour cream... Paradise. 💕
Corn fritters are a favorite brunch treat for me and this place does (probably) the best I’ve ever had - at least the best I can remember. Non greasy, yet crunchy, aromatic yet not overpowering... hmm thinking about it makes me want to go back...
This is a trendy-looking place with reasonable prices so it gets a lot of the local uni students and there's a long queue for takeaway coffees that could slow down your delivery. The coffee is strong and rich and the food offerings are pretty interesting but they put a few "Mexican" dishes on there and then totally wimped out - the "spicy chipotle scrambled eggs" was not in the least bit spicy but at least it was pretty tasty. Great staff and fairly fast service makes for a great cafe.
Went on a Saturday morning and it was really busy! Had a great trendy and cosy vibe! The latte was delicious, and the cream cheese and cherry tart was AMAZING! Honestly, it was absolutely delicious. I never get pastries at coffee shops but I'm glad I did ! Pretty good price too- 4.50$ . service was friendly, but we did have to remind them about our pastry and our drinks came at different times which is a bit annoying but not a huge issue.
Went there for breakfast I got the goat cheese omelette and it was to die for. The only drawback is that is was a bit expensive. Apart from that great place to have breakfast at
I've been here many times. Usually get the breakfast, but today I went for the Cajun chicken salad. Very delicious and incredibly filling.

I came to this restaurant once before, I like the decoration, and services were good. The food was nice. However I was unlucky.Some patients, probably from the next door hospital, came in with stained bandage sitting right in front of me. I was put off. There was no disrespect for these customers. It was just me. My stomach could not cope. I could not help getting distracted by the blood on their arms or head. As a result, I never came back again.
After, a long break, this morning I passed this place, again attracted by the nice decorations and the place was quiet. I went in, ordered some simple food. I did not regret I came. Very nice healthy food good coffee. I love the atmosphere here, and forgot about the previous experience.
PS. The water tap is unbelievably slow. It took ages just get a glass of water. Not sure what's the philosophy behind this.
One of my favourite places to get coffee and fresh juices. 22 grams opens early, which is a great bonus! Haven't had the chance to grab breakfast here, but I've seen the amazing plates of food and the place is always jam packed. Their salads are pretty good too 👌🏽
This place has always been busy! But besides that, the food is amazing and coffee is too! Worth a try for all those coffee lovers out there! Today I got myself a large mocha (though was abit burnt unfortunately but still alright) and a chicken sandwich with sambo sauce (which is always nice). I always tend to get the chicken sandwiches here since they are to die for :) anyways keep up the good work here guys, always looking forward to venturing out here before getting into uni! Love the atmosphere and interior decor.
Walked past and had a small breakfast this morning. The bacon panani was nice and crispy (finally a place that does it like this!) but service for food was quite slow. Nonetheless a decent stop for a light snack. Was very busy!
Breakfast and a coffee came quickly despite the restaurant being full and a long line of coffee orders. The breakfast Shakshuka was actually an interpretation of Shakshuka, in that the eggs were poached and placed on top rather than baked in the sauce. However, my disappointment quickly disappeared because the dish was rich, spicy, and delicious. I'd order it again for the tahini yoghurt and toasted nuts.
I'm a very happy camper to have come here today. Excellent coffee and great food. Love the decor. It has a proper cafe feel. Friendly service. Exactly what Randwick needs in terms of quality breakfast venue
They take their coffee seriously and it is consistently good. The breakfast and lunch offerings are simple, fresh and tasty. The salads in particular are delicious and generous! I love the muffins, which taste wholesome and full of quality ingredients. One-off bakes appear sometimes - the lemon tarts were amazing! The cafe is always busy, but I never feel pressured to leave quickly by the friendly and attentive staff.
Went here for a quick breakfast as we like the coffee. Single origin. They at times have been seen doing coffee workshops so presumably they know what's going on with coffee ;) Nice, smooth blend. Hubby got the chia pudding, quite small, but tasty, with raspberry compote on top. I got the goats cheese scrambled eggs with tomato. The egg was pretty yolky, more egg whites would be good. Heaps of goats cheese, a smaller amount more evenly distributed would probably be better. It had tomato and basil and a side of nice sourdough.
Nice atmosphere in there and pretty cheap for a Sydney cafe.
Popped in for Mothers Day breakfast with the family. Really great coffee. I had the corn fritters with chunky avocado with coriander, and tomatoes. Added a poached egg.
22 grams is a nice busy cafe which I would happy to come back again. It is very easy to get too and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We had ordered 3 lattes, toasts and scrambled eggs with bacon - all met my levels of satisfactions and I would like to go back and try other parts of their menu.
this is usually my cafe of choice in the area but recently had a couple of bad ones from here, not sure whats happening. it has a very hip&happening vibe and is a nice place for breakfast/lunch. grab a scrumptious cinnamon scroll on the way out
So far consistently good coffee with friendly and switched on service and I hope it continues that way

Simon Food Favourites review. Greeted by friendly and welcoming service I ordered a take away Cappuccino ($3.50) and Bacon & Egg Roll ($8.50). Cappuccino was good and the bacon and egg roll had a decent amount of bacon and nice soft bun. Egg could have been left a bit more runny but I guess would have then been messier to eat. I noticed some nice looking cakes and sandwiches in the counter display which I hope to revisit to try. Decor and seating arrangement starting to look a lot better than it used to when it was named High by the same owners.
BEST COFFEE IN SYD. I still haven't found a better coffee in all of Sydney. Previously called "High", these guys have renovated with shiny new tables, menu etc. But don't worry, the coffee is still the same. The kitchen uses goats cheese on their menu to great effect (try the goats cheese bruschetta) and a kick ass muesli. 5 stars!
