Lovely plant based joint in a good spot. I had the truffle beef* burger 🍔 and a kombucha. The plant based “beef” burger was one of the best plant based ones I’ve ever had! So juicy and moist I wouldn’t have known it’s not real meat. I also really liked that the kombucha was on tap which saves on waste. The outside tables are nice too.

I came in late on a weekday afternoon, so there was literally one staff who cooks, also take order and clean the tables. It wasn't busy so that's ok. They have a variety of vegan options, for those who want natural or vegan mock meat as well. I chose BBQ pork pork which had vegan Veef and jackfruit. Then bun can be made gluten free. It was very saucy with the fillings always want to slide out. It was messy but it was good. Definitely better than other vegan burger joints I have been to. Fast, delicious and reasonable price, which made it more accessible. Will come back more often now!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough! Their burgers look and taste so insanely good, it’s hard to believe it’s all vegan. But it is! We ordered the Southern Fried Chicken bites, cauliflower bites and the cheesy bacon fries. No idea how they do it, but the bacon smelled and tasted like real bacon. Soooo delicious! The homemade kombucha is also really nice. Will definitely be back. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We tried the fried chicken burger and the fish burger, the chips and the fried cauliflower and all were so amazingly delicious !!! Highly recommend !

The staff have no idea what gluten free means and to be honest I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t know what vegan means either. The menu says some burgers are gluten free if ordered with a gluten free bun, however an old PDF of the burger allergens found online state that the very same burgers in fact do contain gluten. I asked staff about whether or not the burger contained gluten and she didn’t understand what I was asking and ended up coming out with a gluten free bun on my burger which I ended up removing myself anyway since I personally don’t like it and find it too dense (I ordered a bun less burger and asked staff to make sure it was gluten free - they asked if I wanted the burger to be bun less or with a gluten free bun, and I said I would like it to be bun less and if there are gluten free ingredients just let me know or remove them. I think this just confused them unfortunately). I decided to give the staff and menu the benefit of the doubt but after vomiting at 2:30am that night, I won’t be returning. This was more of an issue with communication than quality of product because as bad of an experience being sick later at night is, if I weren’t gluten intolerant I would have really enjoyed it :)

Dropped in on a Sunday afternoon as we couldn’t be bothered to cook. This place is a nice surprise! I had bbq ‘chicken’ fingers and sweet potato fries with vegan aioli and the texture and flavour were both pretty good. My husband’s burger had a bit of a weird texture and totally didn’t resemble beef, but that’s okay - It tasted nice and as meat eaters, were not expecting it to be identical. But we’re trying to eat less meat, and this place fit the bill nicely. Normally I’d prefer more of a service based restaurant but this actually suited us for the time of day. We were the only customers in there, and the only time we saw staff was when they brought food out from the kitchen. We ordered via QR code, it was super simple and easy and we felt really relaxed. Maybe in the evening I’d expect a bit more, like maybe someone acknowledging you’ve entered the building, but for a Sunday afternoon, it felt like an extension of our living room and I can’t complain!

We love the Soul Burger chips - the best - we do not have salt or spices added and have them at least once per week. There is a problem in the consistency of serving portions. We usually get 2 large serves but have gone to one large and one small - we upsized again to 2 large and seriously there were less chips in the 2 large than the one large and one small. It is extremely annoying that the serving sizes vary so much. There should be a standard serving for large and for small. Please address this.

Staff and service were great. I've been led to believe the other burgers are better and according to the owners reply this is an out of the ordinary experience. The BBQ Beef Brisket was truely inedible. I honestly don't have words for how it tasted. I pulled the fake beef out and ate everything else and even then it was a struggle. The taste lingered the enire way through the burger The chips were good though Staff and service were fine as well, really just don't order that burger. Mind bogglingly bad also... first review ive done under 3 stars... so thats something I guess...

As a vegan we get fed up of curries and noodle dishes, or quinoa and kale salads being the usual vegan offering. It's so nice to come here for stodge with veg and the chips are to die for, if a little salty.

A great place for vegan burgers 🍔. Great to see a Tofu option would love a Tempeh and Peanut Sauce Burger 🍔. As well as vegan cake and a cup of tea rather than having to drive elsewhere.

Me and my partner frequent this place and happened to go there twice over the weekend to get a good taste of the new menu. On Sunday after a cheeky few at the local (I think Czech) beer cafe in glebe, we sat down to a plate of Hanson's halal plus 2 burgers. Excuse my language but FUCK me it was good. As an ex meat eater who loved meat all I can say is the plant beef is better than actual beef. On top of that. The soul b special was ultra juicy and lathered in all the creamy cheesy goodness you expect in a great burger. I devoured it in 5 minutes and almost got a pulled pork as well. Lucky my partner was there so could get a hold of myself. The experience was so good my brain rewarded me with a healthy hit of endorphins which kept me floating on cloud nine well into the night. I have never had that from a meat burger joint. Needless to say I went to bed dreaming of this sublime experience

I had eaten here many times and love it, after trying almost the whole menu I had the crumbed mushroom with Added cheese and pineapple last night with the soul b fries, that burger tho, awe mumma was it good! New favourite! I didn't put it down once! Love the milkshakes, strawberry coconut is my favourite- would love this as a delivery option. Mac and cheese or onion rings as a side could be awesome too if they were available :)

I was impressed by the taste of my latest purchase from you guys, the southern fried chicken is really damn good! I was less impressed, however, by the fact that your staff felt the need to market the business in line with other, more carnivorous burger joints. My burger came with a knife through the middle! Why did you have to stab the chicken? WHY?! If this cruelty continues I'm afraid I'll have to find a more humane eatery, one whose staff treat their vegan chickens with more respect. (also setting jokes aside, your app wouldn't let me buy anything at 12:10 today. I first tried ordering in store and paying with the app, but the store staff didn't seem to be able to use that. They suggested I try just buying through the app, but I was not presented with the "Buy now" button at that time. I tried again in the afternoon and was greeted with the "Buy now" button, so I think the timezone is set badly)

Just want to start by saying I love soul burger! Have been eating there since you guys turned vegan which I guess if I didn't know what you were like before wouldn't have anything to compare too. The new menu looks great. I had the southern chicken burger and the straya mate burger both which were delicious. My only disappointment was the aioli sauce!!! The new sauce that came with the Fries just tasted like thick mayo. However definitely will be back! Glad to see the fish burger is still on the menu �

Absolutely loved it!!!!! You guys gave me the faith to convert!! Cheese burger was soooooooooooo damn good and coconut milk shakes are WOW! You guys have nailed it!!!!

Ummmmm no words! Speechless! Utterly speechless. Worth every dollar! ********** Tried the fish burger this time & loved it! It was like the first time I tried a macdonalds fillet o fish... it had the right flavours and texture really beyond magnificent. It’s been atleast 20 years since I tried fish but it really brought back child hood memories! Thank you for the experience! I just wanted to say thank you...

My 3rd visit, not been disappointed yet. I'm not vegetarian, but you'd be hard pressed to find a tastier burger in any restaurant. The fries simply cannot be beaten. Ordered at home, ready for pick-up in 10 minutes, cannot find any fault, or suggest any improvements! �

great food but poor service. Not enough staff. 20 mins for a take away burger is too long !

Sent back the falafel still cold from the freezer, they cooked it better and the burger was great, chips were delicious BUT the girl at the counter can do with some serious customer service training!!!!

I had the pulled pork burger which was delicious, a little greasy but damn good and you'd never know it wasn't meat. Only thing that was a major disappointment for me was the sweet potato fries, they were frozen crappy sweet potato wedges/fries that simply didn't stand up to a well know vegan burger joint..... take a leaf of of Eat Burgers book and go fat and fresh with your sweet potato fries and you'd get 10/10 day in day out. It was well priced and service was quick. Can't wait to go back.

Im not a vego but had a try good flavours but a bit cheated on the pattie size and the burger overall. Very saucy we had the cheese burger the aussie and chicken burgers. The chips are exceptionally good they where the highlight.

Was so yum! Even my 11 year old, non vegan son said it was the best burger he’s ever had!
