Review Isabella's - Randwick

Ill leave it for you to decide. This PIZZA was 12.50. delicious. But small

Cute little restaurant with friendly staff, however the food leaves a lot to be desired. Got two steaks, both thin and looking like a rump you’d buy from coles - not the thick, delightful medium rare serloin advertised and ordered. Potato was unfortunately dry and tasted old, but the sauces were tasty. Good wasn’t restaurant quality, but rather something you’d home cook.

I would NOT recommend eating here. I bit something disgusting on the pizza and spat it out. Now I'm worried I may get food poisoning. I tried the pasta , it was aweful. DONT EVEN WASTE UR MONEY !!!

Loved this restaurant. Great portion sizes and delicious food. Very reasonably priced and lovely lady serving us

We received our delivery and we are very disappointed with the paella. Please see the pics of what we received. The rice was so over cooked that we were unable to eat. Among all what we have ordered we ate the fries and the pasta Al Gamberi. We had to cook pasta to go with the sauce you gave with the small quantity of fries. I have to acknowledge that the fries were good but the quantity was poor for one person however the pasta were absolutely delicious. We called in to express our disappointment straight away and we had a lady over the phone that did not really know what to do and said that the owner will call us back. We waited and no one called so we are quite upset. The whole purpose of ordering is to not have to cook and we ordered three dishes to share among three people. We could ate one in full, half of the other dish and the last one was not eatable. I would not recommend.

We asked staff about the steak special ($10 at dinner) and order two of those and this was what we got! Asked for medium rare but got well done. When it came to getting the bill, we were told our meals were not part of the special! Outrageous! Food was moderate but recommend checkong your orders carefully! We paid and we left and won’t be returning anytime soon

DONT ORDER! I ordered via Menu Log and card was debited so paid for lunch only to have restraunt take the funds to cancel 5 mins later. I now have to wait weeks for my refund and eat nothing for lunch as I am on a budget

With menu and price changes a month or so ago greatly disappointing; I’m happy to now report upon return that Isabella’s has improved. As a long time customer I can understand the price increase for certain items are warranted especially after many many years. The menu seems to be back to its former glory, previous temporary changes seem to have been a covid influenced decision. Meals seem to have increased in size and the quality improved also! One of my favourite places to eat again 💕

Being of Italian heritage It was the most crap Italian meal I've had in my life. Asians cooking Italian food just doesn't cut it. Took my mother and mother in law for a nice Italian meal and we're both thoroughly disappointed in the food and service. For starters bruschetta with tomato and parsley on multigrain bread with grilled slice cheese on top what is that what a disgrace. I won't even go into the mains they were terrible. Never again.

Really disappointed, ordered take away arrived on time but the pasta was overcooked, no balance with the flavour and to much cream in it, orderer a medium rare steak and arrived over well done, unseasoned and really poor quality, side vegetables raw and again cooked without any love or passion. I also didn t receive the drink and when i called the restaurant for explanation they hang up after 30 seconds telling me to call back in the morning ?? Hello !!!! I m sorry .... i m a italian chef and i know what can be the quality of take away dishes... but this was far beyond !!! Sort it out !!!

Fantastic!! Generous servings and really affordable. Eating in you can BYO and I recommend ordering in via Foodora. A little pricier but worth it!

Ate here last night. Good food ,service good & very quick. One criticism though, portions are too big. They must waste a heck of lot of food as most people had food left on their plates.

I loveee this place... good food, good and fast service, amazing value. Well done.

The Breakfast menu is cheep and everything on it that have tried has been grate

A group of eight, all of whom ordered different meals. All the meals arrived in a three-minute time span, and all were hot and fresh. Huge servings, good service and fair prices, and all at lunchtime on a public holiday. Well worth a visit.

A pasta é maravilhosa , o ambiente bem descontraído , o prato é bem recheado é simplesmente delicioso .

Best value breakfast in town! Staff are always super friendly and attentive. The food is good too.

Friendly staff, tasty food with lots of choices and doesn't break the bank, when you have a large family.

OH MY GOD! The biggest plates and bowls full of food for the all day breakfasts. Healthy choices, smoothies, everything you need and half the menu is under $10! Used to be my "go-to" when I was in the area. You honestly can't beat the speed, quantity and value for that kind of money.

I love this place very tasty food and friendly service.

Great food, reasonably priced and friendly, hardworking staff!! Can't wait to get back to Sydney, so I can come and eat at Isabella's once again...xx

Absolutely delicious! Huge servings at great price.

Assuming that there must be new management or something because this had to be the worst restaurant I had ever been too. After reading such great reviews, we thought we would go try it out. First red flag was it was a Chinese owned Italian restaurant and there was no one eating there. Second red flag was the “lobster linguine” had “run out” of lobster so they had to use prawns instead, but charge the exact same price.
When it arrived, the pasta was made out of awful pre-made packaged sauce and tasted awful. We had to add extra salt to everything ourselves. And to top it off the pizza came out on a rectangular dish with 5 triangular cut slices sitting on the plate - NOT EVEN A FULL CIRCLE PIZZA like every other Italian restaurant we had been to. It looked like half of someone else’s leftover pizza. Chorizo also tasted old and off. I wish I had taken photos of this.
We were so shocked, we just paid and left.

Highly do not recommend wasting your money on the “Italian” food if you could even call it that..

Amazing value for money... Only $8 for many breakfast dishes including this one... Corn fritter with avocado and poached eggs, all on toast. Very yummy! Plus, the coffee was excellent too. All in all, a relaxing experience if you want a nice breakfast for a very affordable price.

I really wanted to give this a higher rating but a 2 already too generous. 5-6 years ago, this place had many customers and fantastic food, it was fresh, it was authentic and it was high quality. Skip forward to the present, the seafood is rubbery (frozen), the place is empty and the once intimate atmosphere is completely dead. The new management are trying to save money at the expense of quality, freshness and authenticity, and it shows by how empty this place is on a weekend. You will not find a single Italian in this place, and there is no care or love in Isabella’s food anymore. The waitress was lovely, but this once beautiful dining spot is now a cheap and crappy business. That’s how I see it anyways

We went for brunch this morning after walking past and seeing it was nearly full. Fantastic service and delicious food. Lots of vegetarian options. definitely reccomend this. So friendly and quick and literally half the price of other cafes in the area (we had a veggie omelette and toast) We will come back to try the dinner menu.

This place was pretty busy for a Monday night ! It seemed like a good place to dine and as we ate the foodora deliver was constantly busy! The range of main meals is extremely extensive and the dishes are affordable! For the entree, we had the bruschetta. I wouldn't get it again- the flavours were good but the sprinkled parmasen on the melted cheese felt unnecessary and ruined it- the texture and taste overpowered it. The pasta was really amazing! Loved it. The portions were HUGE and I only managed to tackle just over half 😅 liked this place and probably would go again- the staff were very friendly !!
Kk007
Excellent food, cheap price but very fresh and tasty, generous serving size! Highly recommended!

We ordered garlic prawns for entrée- well cooked fresh prawns in warm garlic oil with a piece of toast- very beautiful

Marinara Spaghetti- prawns, mussels, fish and scallop spaghetti in Neapolitan sauce - absolutely outstanding, the pasta and sauce was very tasty with strong seafood flavour, seafood in it was fresh and well cooked, definitely a must try dish!

Service was great too- warm and friendly waitresses very helpful and checked our orders even before we asked.

About the photos - it was so tasty and yummy that I forgot to take a photo before started eating!

Isabella's Italian Grill offers a fantastic set of regular fare food options at an incredible price point.

As a seafood addict, I've dined several times at Isabella's Italian grill and I've found the quality of the seafood to be consistently high with the mussels standing out as their best seafood offering. The mussels have always packed a big punch in flavour and I would highly recommend ordering it.

The seafood paella, although a paella inspired dish and not a typical paella, is one of my favourite seafood meals on offer. The sauce is rich and complements the fresh calamari, mussels and prawns. The rice is a hit and miss as it's always a bit short of perfect.

My favourite item at Isabella's is their pizza. The pizzas are served thin crust and are lightly topped thereby allowing the fresh ingredients to really stand out. The funghi is their vegetarian pizza and the combination of the roasted mushrooms and artichoke is a wonderful mix that works well. For $13 a pizza, it delivers. With a large number of meals offered between $13 to $17, Isabella's Italian grill offers a wide range of food items to cover all your Italian and continental cravings.

Having been to this restaurant on two occasions, I can't say that I'm very impressed. Although the service was polite and prompt, the quality of the meals was very disappointing... I would go as far to say that the food is an insult to Italian cooking.
C L A R I S S A ✨☺️
Been there for dinner! Amazing food and service, the people are very nice and great atmosphere. I always order the steak or lasagna great two choices ❤️

Get my friyay fix in this italian's restaurant.. I order chicken saltimboca and BBQ garlic prawn.. the chicken was nice and unique taste and the garlic was good and its better to have more garlicy taste.. it's a good place for hang up with your friends :)

A student at UNSW introduced me to Isabella's and with the budget prices it's easy to see why it is popular with the young crowd thronging the place on a Tuesday evening. Mains average around $15 and not only are the portions generous, they taste good too. We ordered bruschetta to share which was excellent and a variety of pastas which my young companions enjoyed.

I ordered veal schnitzel which I had expected to be thin veal slices but it was, in fact, quite chunky though tasty with a herb mix in the crumbed coating. To be fair, they did not describe it as weiner schnitzel and the meat was good, accompanied by delicious chips and a very nice salad lightly covered with Italian dressing.

At $89 for five you can't complain when the food is good; the charge included a corkage fee for the wine and beer we brought with us.

Food was very good and pretty cheap! Was not quite a fan of the restaurant's atmosphere and architecture. Also felt like the like the chairs were not very comfortable.

Great little place. Well priced, tasty pizzas. Pay much less than similar restaurants for similar quality. The staff was friendly and the food was prepared quickly. Will return for sure.

Best value for money. i would definitely recommend melted cheese mushroom breakfast. lamb shanks are also pretty good. The service could be better.

Worth every cent. Especially $7 breakfast.
Tenya
Heard good things about Isabellas. But unfortunately it didn't live up to its reputation. The lamb shank was actually nice and tender. The pork however was completely overcooked, chewy and though. Definitely not worth it. Would have the lamb again, well priced too.

Isabella’s is a very useful spot to know about. On Alison Road, Randwick, it’s close to UNSW and to Kristina’s $104 great value airbnb apartment on Prince Street. Open daily from 7:30am – 10pm (closed mid afternoon), it serves great value breakfast, lunches and dinners and good coffee (for $3.50).

Disappointing, won't go back.
Feels like the place could do with a revamp, but run down and needs better air con. As for Italian food, their selection is mediocre. It's in a great spot, they just need to up their game.

Food : 4/5
Price : 5/5
Clean : 4/5
Service : 4/5

Order :
- Fish and chips
- Pollo con Peperonta
- Pasta, white sauce with bacon and mushroom (i forgot the name)

I would say the food in here is great with a cheap price. When i got here its not too crowded so its pretty good. The service is also great. Would def come back.

Extremely disappointing, wish I had read the reviews before eating here. 'Pizza' was made with Lebanese bread, couldn't believe it! Was really looking forward to a good meal... but instead was given something I didn't order... very disappointed.

Where does one find a perfectly cooked steak for lunch, delivered straight to your door?🍴Isabelle's Italian & Seafood Restaurant, Randwick. Just download the @foodora.au app and order from their extensive menu. Best of all, there's nothing over $16😳 You're welcome!😉👍🏻 @mybondisummer #mybondisummer

One of the last bastions of value in Randwick and also consistent in quality. The $7 breakfast menu is alive and well here, served by an army of efficient Indonesians.

I had a good lunch with my friend here. He ordered mixed grill. It was over cooked so the meat was no so delicious. But I had seafood palea and it was wonderful. As you see, it was a large portion served with great sauce. The sauce was not sweet or sour but full of freshness. Love it!
Isabella's restaurant is a great little place in Randwick with a lovely owner. advertised as an "Italian seafood restaurant" but really just a mix of pastas, schnitzels and fish and chips. It has a huge range of breakfast options too. People wouldn't be going here for the high quality food, rather the significantly cheap prices. Don't get me wrong - the food is nice, but I don't want to give the impression it's fine dining. Pastas are only $11 and steaks $14 - this is insane!!

they're open 7:30-3pm and then 4:30-10 and they are ALWAYS busy. Usually with families, dates and heaps of backpackers after a night out.

I've gone for dinner before but it's a bit heavy with huge meals and creamy, oily food. My choice is usually for the breakfast dining. I had the goats cheese omelette which comes with two slices of toast of sourdough and baby spinach. For $7... how do the staff even get paid? My husband gets bacon, eggs, Yorkshire puddings - huge! The food is nice and such generous servings. So many varied options; French toast, waffles, muesli, big brekkies - all for $7 - overall a great, casual and cheap option

Meals are very generous portions and it is also BYO. They're so popular, they've even opened a new location in the Randwick spot.

Good for a quick and cheap meal. The breakfast deal of $8.00 is ridiculously good value. Is simple but worth of a return visit. Lots of trades people were there too, so I guess that's an indication of good value.
Those Who Love To Eat
Oh my gosh! This place should be a shame of themselves, it's so bad. What a waste of money and time when you think to yourself that you could make a tastier meal at home!
Who uses Lebanese bread as pizza base. It's soggy and so gross. The pasta was OK, but I wouldn't rate it.
I really have nothing left to say... Won't be back. Even if they were giving away free food. So disappointing
Mae
This place is amazing! Especially cheaper during lunch time. Their pastas are all creamy goodness! They also have all day breakfast to satisfy those cravings - any time of the day.
Tokcer464
We were there on the weekend. Found the food was not as nice as we expected. Barramundi was smelly, toilet was filthy.. Service is bad.. Sorry to say this but that was our experience.
Honeiii
Walked past the place on sun night, waitress was friendly, atomasphere was relaxed. The menu had a large selection, and all dishes were rather cheap. Although very busy, food was served quickly. Portion was satisfactory, taste was ok, it's only $14 for a seafood main after all. Overall it's a nice place if you want to eat at the quieter end of the street, a quick cheap eat.
Deilfood
Let's face it, you don't go to Isabellas for a fine dining experience. You go because it's quick, delicious and excellent value for money. I've tried out most of the menu and have to say the pastas are delicious. The highlight, in my opinion, is definitely breakfast. Their big breakfasts and open omelettes are to die for. It's definitely worth a go.
Lunch Pie
I used to come here quite a bit. I think they must have changed chef or something but the food has gone downhill. Yes. It's cheap and cheerful but used to be super tasty. The bacon they use in the boscaiola and chicken dish is really just bacon fat which is disgusting and ruins the dish. Their steak is sinewy and tough. Pizza tasted awful. Zero flavour. Got french toast here and the bread was stale and I couldn't even chew it! Chicken schnitzel was so flat and contained so little chicken that there was more breading than chicken! Disappointing that the food quality and taste has deteriorated so much.

$7 for eggs benedict and a huge chicken schnitzel. . . The food is delicious and is on the table within 15 minutes. . . Also, did I mention IT IS $7!?!!!!

Anyone who rates this amazing place anything but 5/5 has rocks in their head.

reading through the comments below and WOW.. I can't believe how close minded and racist certain people are, who cares if the owners and staff are Chinese? Isabellas does not pretend to be an upmarket Italian restaurant or cafe, it's simply a family restaurant that is affordable and offers BIG servings of food for really cheap.. Now what's wrong with that?? -leave your racist views at the door.
anyway. I ordered a Pasta Puttenesca, it was rich, full of peas, sardines, olives and capers, and a massive serving, in fact I couldn't even finish it. For $11 this was well worth my money in terms of portion/quality.. If i had paid $30 for this meal like I would've paid at an upmarket Italian restaurant in Leichardt or Bondi then I would feel a little ripped off. but for Isabellas is, what it offers and what it gives at such a low price.. I can't see anything wrong with the place. The service was friendly, there was a real family atmosphere to this place which a lot of restaurants lack.
Marijka Azzopardi
Best breaky in Randwick! Wide variety to choose from (three breaky menu's in fact!) and sooo filling you'll be lucky if you finish it all! Only issue is -what to choose! Gluten-free options available.

Tis place is so good! I came here all the time with my Grandad. the food is exceptional and so is the staff and the service. honestly I'll recomend this place to anyone. When someone asks me where i want to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner i say Isabella's because I love that place!!!! ( p.s do not take notice of the bad reviews, the proberly people who used to work there and got fired because this place is PACKED at dinner, thats how good it is!!!!)

Italian grill?? I'm not sure? BUT one of the best value breakfasts around!
Always delicious, staff are attentive.
Huge menu and price ranges around $10.

Worst service I've ever encountered. Ridiculously crowded and unpleasant. We ate at Isabella's for our Mother's Day breakfast and it was terrible. The restaurant was horribly (and dangerously) crowded. We were given a table virtually in the kitchen, alongside the busy coffee machine (despite having a booking). Within 10 mins of sitting down, the owner was barking at us to order. I can't believe that he speaks to his customers this way. Our food arrived very quickly and we had all finished our meals before our coffees arrived (which were virtually undrinkable). We could not get out of there fast enough and won't be going back. Save yourself a horrible experience and go somewhere else.
Nothappy
Fire that chef!. My partner and I had a pizza and paela between us it was terrible, the half of the paela was cold and the other half too hot to eat, (like it had been microwaved and not stirred) the pizza was pretty bad prob microwaved also, felt sick for a couple of hours afterwards. They don't take any pride in there food!
Michele Walton
...very popular cafe-restaurant offers exceptional value, with a wide range of attractive, delicious breakfasts or brunches under $10....With good service, Isabella’s is also helpfully open every day for breakfast lunch and dinner. Hard to beat.
Take And Eat
...I've got to say that Isabella's breakfast is definitely a winner! They have a large selection of breakfast dishes to choose from- sweet and savory. I ended up order the pork belly omelette and my friend ordered the sweet corn fritter with bacon and poached eggs. The prices for the dishes are extremely worth it- my omelette was $8.50 and it was HUGE!!
Andrea
My local favourite and the best value breakfast I’ve come across.
Ciara.peacexo
Recycling food of other peoples plates. Disgusting.. I used to eat here quite alot as they have cheap breakfast. The service has always been terrible with huge delays and wrong orders etc. But for $8 brekky I would put up with it. On my last visit 2 days ago after my partner had long finished his food mine finally came out, I noticed one piece of bacon sitting on top which was cold and not cooked the same as the rest (I always order crispy bacon) it also had avocado and bits of cheese on it (two things that aren't in my meal) It was then I realized this gross piece of bacon was from someone else's plate. They actually re-used food from a previous customers plate. This is disgusting and there is absolutely no excuse for this. I am outraged and will never go again.

Cheap and good amount. Very affordable, great amount of food and very cheap. Inside is not that neat, needs some renovations
Cheryl
The food was delicious and the price was great.
Shaneinsydney
How good is Isabellas!?!?. This has to be one of my fave breakfasts in Sydney! Not just because of the price, but the meals are delicious!!
All the produce is great, the bread especially (Sonoma) is perfect. Nothing is too hard for these guys, the owner always makes sure things are running smoothly.
I'm usually weary of a place which has so many options, but they do it so well here. The crusty open omelette is the best if you're hangover.
I don't know how you guys keep doing it for the price... but keep doing it!!!!!!

We came in for dessert n coffee, were so excited when we passed by, interior looks good and staff were friendly it was a real disappointment when we tried the desserts. Crime brûlée tasted chemical and bread and butter pudding tasted funny. ( it's sour?!) the coffee was good tho. Maybe next time I'll come in for dinner but not dessert.
Hao Chen
Have been there twice, great food! Love the supreme breakfast there and the fish man's basket, great!
Jody Kardos
Value for money - good BUT AS USUAL when making a reservation, staff NEVER put a Reserve Sign on the table so you never know if a table will be put aside for you or not. Owner is very cocky & arrogant.
Worldwadeweb
Happy local. Isabellas is a great budget diner that locals love. It's name is a legacy of the previous ownership, when it was a mediocre but fancy (and pricey) Italian restaurant. The new owner-manager is a lovely guy and his staff are honest tries - they might lack finesse but everything's priced under $20 FFS.

Max & Glenice Bunbury WAS. Well, what can we say, other than the meal at Isabella's Randwick was so above our expectations. The service was prompt and pleasant from Diji(not sure if that's right) Meal delicious, amongst a very happy atmosphere from patrons and staff alike on a very busy Sunday night. Recommended by Avonmore on the park, and we will be back. Max and Glenice.

Good for the price. Isabella's is a great, cheap, local eatery. Go in, have a good solid plate of food, some wine from the terrific bottle shop next door, chat with friends and then blow off. Check the prices folks - it's a cheap, neighbourhood place to eat. I've been going there for about 6 months now and find it good value for money.

Absolutely Terrible Experience. I had a dinned with a group of friends on Sat, November 16. Everything from food to presentation to service to hygiene practices was at the lowest possible level. The food was cheap indeed, but was it food? I ordered seafood caserolle. The plate came with calamari rings, mussels and 2 school prawns. That's OK. For the price I wasn't surprice with both the quality and the quantity. The most terrible experience was at the bottom of the plate, where I discovered couple of single stranded spaghetties. It was looking like I am not the only one who had this dish. Yuck. Never ever will I visit this place or recommend to anyone.

-----18 Nov, 2013-----

Terrible, utterly terrible. A lot of the reviewers here are complaining about this restaurant based off the type of food available for the price. I will regard these as people longing for champagne on a beer budget. Isabella's is cheap and cheerful; the $12.50 pasta and $13.50 seafood menus are pretty good if you know what to go for. I'm not saying everything here is great, but there are 5 or so decent dishes hidden in there. These are the gamberi, seafood casserole, seafood paella, lobster linguine and the fish & chips. These are all delicious and totally worth the money. The service here is good and attentive, and the atmosphere is akin to that of a bustling little bistro or cafe. Always a good option for a cheap midweek dinner out.
Nach
Bad experience. Service was so damn bad. How can anyone pass off shrimps as lobsters.
Terrible hygiene practices, monkeys could have cleaned both my cup and eating utensils. Never coming back.

How can this be good italian food when it is run by asians??come on guys, give me a break!!what a disgrace!
William Take-away
You come here for fast, big portions of food. Not fine dining. All you food snobs have no idea. Take-away is cheap as! And breakfast is massive.
Will Cuba
Food and service were ok, but the cramped sardine-like environment made for a pretty unsatisfying experience.
Kittybee123
Dodgy?. Food was ok and it is definitely cheap. However, they've refused a clearly marked "valid anytime" Entertainment Book voucher saying it's only valid at dinner time. Just not cool.
Roslyn Hatfield
Worst italian meals ever. Unfortunately from the outset, tonight's expensive dinner was a farce. After being ignored by all waitstaff I asked for a menu. That came fast but nobody came to take our order. then we read on the front window that meals purchased before 7pm are half price. We thought wow that is good, it was still 10 to 7pm. Still no service so went to the bar to order so we got the order in before 7pm. The waitress wrote the order down on a piece of paper. The lemon sole was dry, sitting in melted butter and tasting intensely fishy. no light piquant sauce just heavy and saturated. The rabbit dish was a mixture of soy sauce, bbq sauce, mushooms and peas it was comforting to know I could leave it on my plate. Then we start to pay and told we ordered at 7pm and not before. I told them the time I ordered and they then said oh that is a different menu. So dinner was over $60, and it was really crap.
Anybody who says this food is good, has no idea what italian and seafood should taste like. The food looked and tasted like it was cooked by a cook and not a chef.
Ari D
This is not Italian Food!!! It resembles nothing of the Italian kitchen! It s like a greasy fastfood diner! The pasta is overcooked, it s not spaghetti, it's noodles!! In regards to the sauces, too many ingredients badly mixed together . Fries are drenched in oil. Side salads are drenched in mayo. Massive portions but not edible. This is anything but Italian!
Jessica Smith
My favorite place to eat breakfast on a weekend. The breakfast menu is massive, though I have to say I've only tried about 5 different options as I always go back to the chorizo, mushroom and fetta omlette - amazing! The service isn't the best as other reviews mention but the staff are definatley not rude. I suggest going here for breakfast to everyone! Definitely worth it and it's cheap!
Poseidon
Good food but amateur SERVICE every time!. NOTE: This review is made by a person who has been to Isabella's on many occasions......and I start with a WARNING! If you require or expect good service do NOT go to this restaurant. Isabella's is run by amateurs who have no idea and that includes the owner/manager. Only the gourmet chef is worthy of any praise.
Happy hour before 7pm is the best time to go. Great pastas and pizzas for just $8.50 (July 2011).
But expect any or all of the following to occur:
-kitchen running out of potatoes (mash) and serving chips instead without first checking if this was acceptable to you or offering an apologizing
-being told by the owner/manager that you are WRONG when he is nowhere to be found when you want to complain about the unrequested alteration to your meal
-pizzas running out before 7pm (unbelievable)
-forgetting to come back to get the alternative order for the pizza that was not available
-subsequently being charged for the pizza they couldn't provide
-coming around 3 times with meals that are not yours
-serving food without bringing cutlery
-serving a pizza with garnishes when it was specifically ordered with none!
-asking for a larger portion of pasta and your partner getting it instead
-not being offered Parmesan cheese with your pasta and instead having to ask for it
-forgetting to bring the water to the table
-not refilling the obvious empty water bottle
-charging $2.50pp for corkage but not opening your bottle or pouring any wine for you
-having a bottle of wine on the table but not given any wine glasses
-seeing completely different waiters every time you go there
-No matter how many times you return, don't expect the owner/manager to remember, greet or acknowledge you for your patronage
Despite all of the above complaints the food is quite good and cheap during happy hour but that is the ONLY reason we go back there. Its a bit like Faulty Towers.
Your could say nice and cheap but definitely not cheerful.

Mr Yeef. Good food. Most great restaurants have Asian chefs which most diners are unaware of. This place has good food at great prices before 7pm. Wish I live next door.

What a disaster!!!!!!!!!!!!. I know that everyone is different and so are our tastebuds. But if you say that this restaurant is good................
First of all, it is an italian restaurant with no italian staff, including the kitchen.
The food is wrongly made in all the aspect, caused by lack of knowledge.
I`m sorry to say that and i don`t want to sound racist, but i`ve never seen an italian opening a asian restaurant because they don`t have the knowledge about those flavours. And so, Isabella should change name and become an asian restaurant!!!!!!!
That`s just a scam, and bring the name of italian food right down.
