Review Noodle Inn Randwick - Randwick

This place makes some of the tastiest and most delicious Asian noodles. My favourite Pad kee Mao is always fantastic, especially if you like it hot, but other dishes are also excellent. The service is fast and friendly and the price is reasonable.

Really tasty, totally fresh dishes all freshly made to order, with any number of variations or dishes you can build yourself. Curries are tasty & well balanced! Very good. And portions are huge!! Prawn panang curry & rice with steamed dim sum

Ticked all the boxes for us. Very good service. Excellent food freshly prepared (the food is being cooked behind the serving counter - so you know its fresh 👍) We shared a couple of the Special dishes which were brilliant value, although we were both stuffed, and struggled to finish. 😋

My son was at Sydney Children's Hospital for 3 weeks at the beginning of June and I ate here quite a few times in that period. I got the pad see ew and it was SO GOOD! Delicious, piping hot, fresh and so affordable. I wish I didn't live so far away (like 5 hours away) or I'd be eating here all the time. Such a great little spot!

I took my boyfriend here on Valentine’s Day for him to try the BEST LAKSA in the world!! It is so amazing. Great portion sizes, fantastic prices and even better food quality. The owner/gentlemen at the register was super kind and friendly!!! We will be coming back soon! Amazing job guys!

So happy to be back, sitting in one of my favourite restaurants after a very long Covid lockdown. The food is amazing 😍 and the prices are excellent! Check out the vegetarian Tom Yum its hot, spicy and DELICIOUS.

I use to come here often every monday for the Monday madness which is $9.9 lunch special. The thai food here is Spicy AF and tasty so if you not into spicy food or want very mild spicy food please remember to ask them to make it less spicy else their noodles and fried rice can be really spicy. Other that that the food is fantastic the way I like it to be. Now that the Monday madness lunch special $10.9 is back when I walk pass I give it a go and it still tasty as I remember it to be.

Food: 4/10 Maybe I shouldn’t be ordering rice in a Noodle Inn. Rice was way undercooked and pork was very ordinary. Service: 8/10 service is efficient and quick. Value: 8/10 Good portion and value Overall: 5/10 disappointed with food quality.

Been here several times already. They have a special lunch menu like most casual Thai restaurants, which provides you good food with affordable price. During lunch time they are pretty packed, so you might need to share a table with a stranger. Other than that, it is worth the money. Will definitely visit again.

Would give 3.5 if I could. Really enjoyed both the pad see ew and pad Thai. Basil and chilli was also pretty good too although the pepper garlic was a bit watery and was my least favourite. Will definitely be getting the noodle dishes regularly
It’s a great little place. The service isn’t too bad but it’s the food you definitely go for with this place. The food comes out quick and decent servings too. Definitely going back there again.

Noodle Inn serves up high quality meals which will surpass your expectations. It's many miles better than you'd expect from a walk-in low-budget and low-key restaurant in Randwick.

The staff are super chill, and happy to accommodate any of your requests, whether it's to add chilli, add coriander or throw in extra peanuts.

I've tried a variety of dishes here and each comes up trumps.

The dishes taste fresh and look like delicious and generously portioned masterpieces on each plate. The staff go extra lengths to garnish the food and make sure it looks beautiful and tastes amazing.

Winning dishes are:
1. Chicken Pad Thai
2. Chilli Cashew Chicken + brown rice
3. Vegetarian Spring rolls. (you can tell that they make them in-house)

Orders are made very quick and the chefs are obviously well seasoned (sic.).

If you're heading for lunch, make sure you get in early to miss rush-hour, since all the staff from the nearby hospital pack this place out. Also be warned, they close at 9pm, with last orders around 8.45pm.

An absolute gem of a Thai restaurant in the middle of Randwick that deserves attention. Keep up the good work!

P.S. They have a loyalty card too. (trust me, you'll start collecting those stamps as well.)

Those Who Love To Eat
A cold and wet Friday evening, and a touch of indecisiveness led us here. The place was busy with hungry diners just like myself, looking for something to warm the soul on such an evening.
This place I must say, is a let down. The food was average at best. I understand that it's one of those fast serving food establishments, but the taste was simply non existent.
I ordered their vege Laksa, but what it ended up tasting like was more like noodles and veges fighting for dear life in what looks like creamy curry type sauce liquid thingy, but tasting more like heated up straight out of the can coconut milk. Needless to say, there were left overs that went uneaten.
My friend had a stir fry dish, and said, that too left little to be desired.
In saying so... it did fill up our bellies, but did not satisfy the soul.

Been here a couple times I'm still loving their stir fried noodles! Especially the spicy ones are on point! Only thing is that the price is a little higher than the other food in this area. I guess their lunch deals are more worthy.

Ordered take away for dinner. The spring rolls and chicken satay were good. Instead of a peanut dipping sauce for the satay, it was already on the chicken. The pad kee mao was not my favorite.

My favourite go-to restaurant, especially on Mondays because... Mad Monday!! Great value and very satisfying portion size. Not much difference eating in or out, great friendly service either way

Sam: Noodle shop in Randwick where you can create your own noodle. Ordered Beef pad siew from the menu, ingredients were fresh but overall it was little sweet. Food came out fast and staff was friendly.

Beef Pad Se Ew, $10.90. Cheering because they used real beef in this, none of that processed junk that you sometimes get. It’s pretty uncommon for me to not a finish a dish unless it’s absolute terrible, but the portion sizes here are actually really big so I still had quite a bit left towards the end. Noodles were soft, sauce was decent and veggies were relatively fresh. Just your generic Pad Se Ew, pretty basic but still nice nonetheless. They have the usuals such as Pad Thai, Tom Yum, Laksa etc. they also have a create your own dish where you pick your noodles, meat and sauce and they mix it for you. Being the lazy and hungry person I am, I wasn’t bothered and just ordered whatever i saw on the pre-made menu. Everything comes out really quickly, it’s quiet so it takes 2 seconds to order and they go and cook for you almost instantly. It’s fairly quiet during the morning and they peak during lunch time, even then their service is fast so it’s good if you’re in a hurry and just wanna e
Does My Bomb Look Big In This
Sometimes you just want to keep it simple without compromising on flavour, and that’s where the good folk at Noodle Inn come in. While the restaurant is more like a waiting room, the prices are the cheapest I’ve seen this side of Bangkok. Take the Steamed Pork Gyoza ($5/3 pieces) – it was cheaper than my bus fare to Randwick! The pork parcels are soft, hot and inviting. It’s the team behind the popular Niji Sushi Bar in Kingsford, so they know all about bringing authentic cuisine to the ‘burbs. There’s the usual ‘choose your own adventure’ of noodles, sauce and meat but the standout has to be the Marinated Duck Salad ($13.90) – for this price it’s shocking how much duck you get, and how much flavour they manage to dress it up in. The chilli-lime sauce is a dreamboat. A good litmus test of Thai food is the ol’ Pad Thai Chicken ($10.90) , and it passes with flying colours – the

Very nice. I ordered a Pad Hokkien Chicken Noodle today. It has fresh vegies~carrot, mushroom, broccoli, sweet pepper, lots of chicken. The noodle is very yummy with the sauce. Normally I got over-sauced noodle in other restaurant... This place is definitely a must go for noode lover!

Sadly very very disappointing. I went there for lunch today with a friend & as it is a relatively cool winters day I felt like a bowl of noodle soup so decided upon the chicken laksa. Bad move

I know this dish well & hope they were just having an off day because it was totally inedible. The flavour profile was predominantly sweet. The balance was totally off. I couldn't taste any salty or sour components for all the sugar. An incredibly poor facsimile of a great Nonya dish.

As I was hungry I just picked out the chicken but couldn't really enjoy it as it was far too sugary and the broth was strangely viscous due to what I believe was a far too liberal use of coconut cream powder. Perhaps they have tweaked this dish for a western palate?

I do hope this is just a one off

Bad food even poorer service. Went to Noodle In for lunch - ordered dumpling soup. Staff were slow to prep meal, I had to remind the waitress about my free drink when I placed my order, the soup came out - tasted like overcooked 2 minute noodles in plain water with some cut veggies which were still raw, placed on top. I took my meal back to the counter after a few bites and explained why the food was unsatisfactory. The person in charge then told me to 'put some sauce in it' and refused me a refund. I am thoroughly disappointed in the food and service and will never go here again.
