Review Sprout Salad Bar - Randwick

I have eaten here many times and have been very happy with the food! You get good value for what you pay and it's tasty, fast and healthy. What has been nice when going back is the friendly owner who always remembers me and has a great big smile every day. The smoothies could be a bit thicker for my liking but I don't have any criticism of the food.

Great place to pop in and get some healthy food options. I got a couple of spinach wraps and they were just delicious. Amazing flavours and fresh ingredients. Very fast service and best breakfast option in Randwick.

Delicious salad and extra friendly service. What a warm, kind and friendly place that exists so close to the hospital and surrounding eastern suburbs.

Sprout Salad Bar ranks as one of my top 3 places to go to in Randwick along with the Ritz Cinema (choc tops and theatre popcorn) and the Spot Patisserie (well designed, friendly staff and delicious pastries). The service at Sprout is excellent, portions are big, ingredients are fresh. I like that the atmosphere is pretty laid back and that there are a lot of options to choose from. I'd recommend the Halloumi Salad for the healthy eaters. I tend to eat the bacon and egg wraps with the free coffee as it's the best bang for your buck.

Casual well lit environment, all salad are daily fresh, after waiting at the table, I was taken - a-back by the huge size of my salad bowl they are very generous with thier servings, it was a beautiful fresh salad so many things in it I couldn't eat it all I was full!. the chef is such a nice person and so friendly thier are a variety of other things on the menu from hot soups to desserts ect, and good coffee.

Great little cafe, staff are very friendly and the price is great. $11 for a brekkie wrap (and very generously sized too) and a large coffee, unheard of in Sydney. Good work guys.

I really like it here. Fresh, tasty food and at a very reasonable price: I had a lovely runny egg in my tasty breakfast roll. The members of staff are really lovely too.

Very disappointing meal. Steak salad with egg, Parmesan and chilli mayo sounds yummy - it wasn't. Steak was paper thin, tasteless and overcooked to bloody oblivion, very little egg to be found, literally a homeopathic serving of Parmesan and the chilli mayo dressing that was soup like runny and didn't taste like neither mayo nor chilli. Everything was chopped into tiny chunks and quite a few lettuce leaves were blackish and definitely not fresh. On the upside the serving was overall very generous, but most certainly not worth the price.

This is the best place for salad and wrap that I’ve ever had. It was so tasty and fresh. They also have some new menu for winter like this chicken schnitzel on turkish bread, it was amazing🤤<br/>Their coffee is the best too!! Very recommended!! I will definitely come back again soon!

An great menu selection including salad bowls, wraps, smoothie bowls, homemade dumpling soup etc. The dishes were all very fresh, healthy, big portion and delicious! Their staff are really friendly and welcoming! 💛

I am a regular client and loved it so far. It used to be so good, design your own salad they make it fresh for you, such a great variety of products and great quality. <br/>it is the second time though that I am disappointed by the quality I get, the first time I just thought that maybe a new employee needed to get better at making the salad... Today, I got a vegetarian spinach salad with carrot, red cabbage, feta, avocado, egg and chickpeas. it used to be so generous but here despite a good quantity of feta and finding the one egg ordered, I barely taste the carrot and the red cabbage, found 2 ridiculous pieces of avocado, counted something like 10 chickpeas.... I mean I love spinach but I am probably eating mostly spinach and feta in this salad (see picture) and it doesn't taste like the $14 I paid. I noticed when I got back to work to eat otherwise I would have given it back ...

Good salad and drinks! I ordered take away chicken caesar salad, prescription juice and sunset frappe. <br/>Salad was well dressed and chicken was very tender, it was pretty tasty salad. Prescription juice has carrot celery beetroot ginger and spinach, it was well balanced juice with good ratio of mix. Sunset frappe (pineapple mint apple) was refreshingly cold and tasty.

Salads taste amazing, and the service is good. A good quality feed for a reasonable price. Lots of variety to choose from, a good healthy option for anyone

Great salad and smoothie bar. The wraps are also delicious. Great service. The salads are amazing & big enough for 2 servings. I have never been disappointed here.
