Review Fresh Ground Sandwiches Espresso - Randwick

The food was yum! I had the BEAR. The fresh juice was so refreshing. The food came quick however they took a while on the juice.

Fresh Ground delivers amazing service, great coffee & consistently delicious food! It is one of my favourite cafes & I could not recommend it enough! The staff are all lovely and always greet you with a lovely smile.

Absolutely delicious! Probably the best wrap I have ever had and the service was great - even gave us a free slice because our food came out at different times… we were not fazed at all but was a very nice touch :)

I went with my wife for our usual "weekend breakfast" - and she agrees that was the best.. The taste was not like the all same food taste. It is different, it is gorgeous. It is a really good place to have a breakfast or a brunch. Just in Randwick's heart. The staff was friendly and the food so so so good. Delicious. The juice was really great, and the coffee was well made. Congratulations all staff. This place now is our top 3!

Good freshly made wraps .Turkish and sandwiches , juices try the Orange and ginger juice delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great coffee . Breakfast is also served.

This is family owned business and you can always feel friendliness and good vibe from the staff. Even though Campos coffee is not my favorite one to go, baristas know what they doing and the coffee is legit. Food is tasty, for me the winner is crispy bacon salad which I never have enough.

$40.00 for 2 Sandwiches , a coffee and smoothy. Has Sandwich board etc. Tried to order a simple chicken salad sandwich on white bread Refered back to their board.. Which also says " design your own". Chicken pieces too fat/ large for a sandwich. Backed up by lettuce, cheese and tomato. $13.80.. I come from Newcastle . Would pay $6.00 to $7.00 for a MUCH better chicken salad. Good luck, Sydney.. Top notch, as far as I'm concerned... I have a favourite café in Wagga which uses Campos coffee, so I come here when I'm in Randwick

Nice ambiance, but the coffee is poor. Had one with flavourings in it and it doesn’t take like anything. :(

Omg the food was delicious and the coffee was so smooth mmm still thinking about that steak sandwich I had from last week .... it was so yum !!!!! Highly recommended and great friendly staff :)

Fresh ground sandwiches r very delicious n unique taste which we can't make at home n their coffee adds up beautifully with any sandwiches come on everyone go n have their fresh coffe n food can't find better than them....

Fresh Ground is a decent place to decent and has a fair bit to offer with a great menu and good service.<br/><br/>The menu is quite extensive and I found hard to choose just one thing for lunch. The prices are a tad on the higher side but not by much.<br/><br/>The service is friendly and welcoming. Seeing as it’s always busy here it can take a little while for the food to come out.

Delicious food and amazing coffee; exactly what we needed after needing to stay overnight at the hospital around the corner! The price point was great too, very affordable

Breakfast tasted great. I had Option 1 (poached eggs with avocado, tomato and zataar on Gluten free), Raisin bread walnut and banana, and The BEAR with coffee. Food and coffee came out quick even with quite a few customers. Price is very affordable and serving sizes quite generous. Definitely going back and would recommend for breakfast.

Went here for a quick coffee and sandwich for lunch, didn't want to spend too much time or money. Quick service<br/>and polite staff. I got a sandwich to go as I didn't think I'd finish the whole thing, but I did ;) Very fresh rye bread with lettuce, grilled chicken, cheese, tomato,<br/>sweet chilli sauce and mayo. Pretty tasty. You can get sandwiches off their list or make your own. You can also get salads and breakfast options. Coffee was campos and one was impressed with the latte art. It's always busy with people from the hospital that's nearby.

The restaurant is spacious and the staff I had mixed feelings about. They were fast serving. The ice coffee was very nice, although the meal I shared with a friend and we found it to be a bit overpriced considering our meals. The chicken sandwich (wrap) was dry and the portion was not at all worth the price. The big breakfast was subpar at best and the mushrooms were quite dry. Stick to the ice coffee.

Lunch hour during weekdays can get very busy, I waited 20min+ to receive my food. I originally ordered Sundried splendor with Turkish bread, however Turkish bread was all sold out, I had to change to wraps. Overall it wasn't as flavourful as I thought it would be, the sauce (chilly mayo) did not really compliment the filling, it was a bit disappointing despite the long line.

Had the lamb burger based on reviews here...came on turkish bread..arrived quickly and was really good. Coffee was pretty good too. Will return to try the salads.

Fabulous Coffeeee. Absolutely fabulous soy latte made with Campos delicious beans. Best coffee, buzzy atmosphere.

Delicious sandwiches and salads with so many options. I am never disappointed with the service, food or coffee and can always find a good healthy option. A great place for a quick or relaxing lunch in a very chilled out environment.

Absolutley atrocious customer service. Ordered a haloumni stack and a souvlaki. You can't call hard boiled eggs poached. Hard and crap. Souvlaki arrived 20 minutes after the stack, with no cutlery and not a whisper of an apology, waiters and waitresses stood there and laughed with the boss as my friends food finally arrived, 20 minutes after I received mine. Absolutley appalling. Would never go again

A very, very good coffee.

Good coffee. This place lives up to its' name. Strong coffee, with a robust flavour and nice creama served here. The menu includes lots of freshly made salads, open-grilled sambos and pies. The goats' cheese salad with pumpkin and beetroot was huge and dressed with pesto - yum!
