I gave them my loyalty card so they can scan during a purchase. They didn't scan the card. I don't mind this, but then blaming me that I should have given them the card before the purchase to scan is a bit rich.

Excellent staff, great coffee and incredibly delicious food especially if you've been subjected to the hospital food. 5 Stars without a doubt.

Coffee's ok up on 7th Floor if a little weak but got a stale piece of banana bread (stale on one side obviously exposure to air) I took it back and asked for a fresh one and guy behind the counter was arguing with me that it couldn't possibly be "stale" because the use by date was current and it was
