Chicken tenders for the kids meal were burnt and inedible. Called store to complain and they said they weren't burnt and wouldn't do anything about it. The burgers were really sloppy and cold when they arrived.
Change your opening hours on Deliveroo!! I have ordered twice now where it says you’re available. After waiting 30 minutes for my food, I get a message from my rider saying you’re closed. It’s fairly annoying, get it together mate.
Delicious chicken, I just wish they had healthier options to combine it with, like salads/veggies without dressing. Also, they should be eco-friendly and stop the single-use plastic including their plastic-coated containers.
I am a Platinum loyalty member and swiped by loyalty card at time of order in Ranwick store, yet I never received any loyalty rewards.
This was my 2nd visit to this Oporto and the second time I never received any loyalty rewards- something isnt rights as this is not how the loyalty works at other Op

I ordered 1/2 chicken pack,first they didn't have the salad I wanted,then they put the Portuguese tomato salad without a control at bottom up the box.
Looking for a delicious serving of grilled chicken? Yeah, head to Oporto. The chicken is amazingly succulent and when coupled with the extreme spicy basting, well I am rendered speechless. Also, the burgers are good too. The staff are brilliant and overall a nice atmosphere. Good job folks. Cheers!!
