Review Kfc - Randwick

It's located near the corner of the shopping complex. Parking can be difficult during peak times outside the complex but otherwise it's manageable. Seating available inside for 20+ people. Food is typical KFC fare and sadly in Sydney that means none of the crispy spicy pieces. Service is the usual fast food type.

I ordered a DoorDash Order on 8/6/22 with 1 zinger stacker box (medium with water) and 1 zinger meal (medium with juice). I did not receive any wings, only received 1 chips and got 2 waters. They didn’t even give a substitute product for the things not present. The children working need to lose their jobs as they are not up to the task. Managers also incompetent. Being busy is not an excuse.

We ordered 12 wicked wings and 4 original pieces using the NSW Dine Voucher. After leaving the shop I checked and found only 7 wicked wings were there! Had to come back and talk to the young girl who served me. She insisted "there are 12 wicked wings under the 4 pieces!". I said "So could you count?". She counted and could not see enough 12! So she gave me replacements, with a bag of chip as bonus which I did not ask for. So customers, be aware that this shop can be dishonest.

I have to give the lowest point to Randwick KFC. We went to the shop some time at night last week. We arrived around 9:40 pm, we understand that the resturant is towards closing, we ordered 10 wicked wings and 1 meal (suppose to have 1 wing+1 original recipe something I forgot). Around 9:56 we got our food and left home. Alright, when we opened the bag we were so disappointed! The staff missed our chips, also there was NO WING AT ALL!!!! The only reason I go KFC is because of the wicked wings!!! GOOD ON YOU!

Really bad customer service. i placed an order at 7:45pm 7/2/2022. The girl took my order didn’t say “hi” or “thank you”. She didn’t give me reciept or tell me my order number (it happened to other customers too). When my food was ready, she called 494 (how do i know it was mine) and turned away😹not sure KFC does care about customers reviews or not

Terrible. Me an the boys ordered before everyone and still got our go bucket last. Like a go bucket and it took 40mins and a bit, I failed my science coz there was no time to study.😭😭👎

Worst KFC in Sydney. Around 5years ago I ordered ultimate box at this shop. That time I waited 20min more. So I remember this KFC doing bad servicing. Today I ordered 2 large ultimate boxes. They gave to me only 2pices of wicked wings. Also doesn't include strow and spone package. I already know they will makes mistake. All Most of kfc in Sydney have similar issues.

Poor customer service with bad quality food. WORST KFC IVE EVER BEEN To. Might as well take the tram to town hall to grab yourself a zinger box!!!!!!!

This is by far worst kfc chicken i had ever eaten. Chicken was not crispy and it was like it stayed inside water for a while. Absolutely terrible they should close this store asap<br/>

The KFC in Randwick is quite small so it makes sense that most of their customers just choose to take it away. The seating is quite limited and it feels the space could have been put to better use. During lunchtimes they get their fair share of customers despite many food options around them. They always have minimum staff working but surprisingly the wait isn’t too bad. The one thing that does annoy me is that everyone who works here including the manager always wears this “I hate my job” face when they serve their customers. The other thing is they don’t give enough serviettes.. literally one thin tissue to eat KFC?? That’s not right. Though the positive is no matter what I order here at least they always get my order right and my chips always comes out piping hot.
