Best chicken shop that I've been to and such a great variety of sides to have with your chicken including amazing roasted veggies. Best chicken I have had in awhile. I highly recommend this chicken shop, you will have no regrets. The customer service is impeccable too, very kind and genuine people. I'd give more stars if I could

My partner and I have just had our first meal from Munis (chicken and chips), and we are both really happy with all aspects. The price was good, the service was super friendly and the food was yummy! I recommend getting the garlic dip too, as it's delicious 🤤 We will absolutely be back, and look forward to seeing the team again in the near future.

Great people, great service. Delicious food. Perfect place for a beautiful meal. Their butter chicken is amazing. Chips aren’t half bad either. 👍🏻

I've been eating food from this establishment for years. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the food is delicious and well priced in my opinion. One of their qualities that I feel goes unnoticed however is their attention to each individual and how well they establish rapport with their clientele. At dinner time the staff know so many faces, they know everyones usual orders and they seem to take great care in providing a dinner for a family. I'm grateful for this establishment, and I hope the staff and owners know how much I appreciate them.

This is a good, old fashioned charcoal chicken and burger place and I look forward to my next visit to lift my spirits on a rainy day. The beef burger was a juicy, tasty, milk bar style burger. The chips were shoe string fries but that's ok. You can tell the oil in the fryer is just the right age for deep fried goodness. I started with pork cracking, which was crispy on top with that nice bread like texture beneath that I relish. The place smelt of a softly fragrant curry. I inquired after the aroma and was promptly handed a small container with some of the house chicken curry to taste. Very mild and perfectly flavoured. I can't wait to have it again! The salads look fresh and happy, the hot food on display would be a dream for anyone with the munchies. Everything seems to be made in modest amounts to ensure freshness. The service is friendly and warm, and it's really good to walk into a shop that is so clean and smells so good that you know your lunch will be special. Fellow healthcare workers, go to this place.

Not only do they make the best hot chips and grilled chicken ever! But I accidentally left my computer at the shop while ordering and they kindly messaged me to let me know that they had it and that i could pick it up whenever i was able. Best food and workers 10/10 :)))

Friendly place, their claim to be the "best chicken in Randwick" holds up well. The flame grilled chicken burgers here are excellent and I am a regular customer. Unfortunately they increased their prices recently (maybe after new management) which makes me go there less often. Edit: thanks for the courtesy of giving me a reply. To clarify, the price rise was several months ago as you pointed out. I understand this was in a troubled time, so I've revised the review. Thanks again, I will be back soon 👍

Randwick Charcoal Chicken is a takeaway joint selling full, half or quarter chickens, snack packs, salads and more. The salads seemed like they'd been sitting there a while, but they do offer greek, caesar, coleslaw or sweet potato salad. You can also buy hot veggies like potato, sweet potato, peas or cauliflower, broccoli, and zucchini. We got a mixed veggie box and some stewed veggies too. They have some delicious looking lamb shanks as well, but we were trying to be healthy so just got a full chicken. Always lots of people there and the staff were nice.

Burgers aren't that great. I love the lamb shank dinners though. Good servings and very tasty. Hot chips are yummy. Bean and avocado salad is so good but needs more avocado! Staff always friendly.

So after living in the area for a year and a half now and walking past this place countless times , I decided to give this place a go. I had the $9.95 chicken burger with chips and a can of drink. The chicken was juicy and there was plenty of it in the burger although I would've liked to have another slice of tomato (I only had one). While the burger doesn't compare to anything on the fbas top 15, I was satisfied and would come back to try Randwick chicken charcoal's other options over some of the other takeaway joints in the area.

Simon Food Favourites review. One of the only places in Randwick where you can get charcoal chicken ($8.50 half) but thankfully it's pretty decent - I tend to prefer the Portuguese style. I love their saute potatoes ($5.50 small), especially the ones that are a bit crispy. Today I discovered their Cucumber, Bean & Avocado salad ($5.50 small) which I thought was very nice.
