Review Paringa Estate - Red Hill

We were here 2 years ago with the family and they have never let us down. We had dinner this time and it was on point. Delicious food great wine. Staff are lovely. Highly recommended this place as the price is reasonable, delicious and the stuff are not pretentious like some other wineries in Mornington.

We were completely satisfied with Paringa Estate. 10/10. We went for a wine tasting, which was a great experience by itself, but the restaurant blown us away with extremely delicious and well-balanced food. We ordered mushroom parfait, crispy barramundi, sheer wagyu, and lamb shoulder - all spot on. For us, the crispy barramundi and wagyu are perfection. Our advice is to get the indoor seat with the breathtaking view to elevate your experience to the next level.

The food was delicious and wine was great. Also very nice view. Tho I didn't feel like the oysters were quite fresh. All 4 course dishes were designed beautifully, however I felt a bit too full, it was quite pricy and served too quickly to the point I had to ask them to serve dessert a bit later. When I go to winery restaurants, personally prefer to have more room and time to enjoy the wine equally. The staff were very attentive and nice, I just felt they were very forceful in where to put plates and which plates and cutlery we use and even told us off once which I found a bit impolite. If there were not enough room on the table they'd move plates and wine glass (with hand next to it) so forcefully quick instead of patiently waiting and softly moving them.

We attended Paringa for a wine tasting and lunch. We had a special dietary requirement due to an impending procedure. The team couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful, as well as respectful of the hassle. We can’t thank them enough. For the rest of us without special requirements, we had a wonderful lunch, delicious food paired with amazing estate wines and great service - Thank You! We will definitely be back.

Amazing location. Great venue. The staff were very knowledgeable, attentive and professional. The food was excellent. One dish was not really to my taste buds but doesn't mean it was not good. Well done Paringa Estate. Highly recommend.

We were at Paringa for a 70th birthday and had the 3-courses. The food was just divine! Service tip top! I ordered the toffee chicken for entree, duck and baclava for main and the coffee parfait for dessert and oh my god did they deliver! The duck especially was a perfect 10! I loved the combination of all the flavours and textures on my plate... the crunch and spices from the baclava when paired with the duck was out of this world! Highly recommended!

The food at Paringa was excellent , the service very good ,and the atmosphere beautiful , but when you charge $40 for a main course and don't give anything else on the plate beside the main dish and then charge $9.00 extra if you want a bowl of potatoes or green salad that is too much. Also the desserts were delicious but with so many flavours in each one the concept of the dish was lost.

A wet day, but the restaurant was great in every way. A very affordable meal ($65 for 2 courses) and the best wines on the Mornington Peninsular. The 2006 Paringa reisling was well worth the $55 price

Very enjoyable experience. Delicious and interesting food journey over the eight course tasting menu we had. With the extra "snacks" at the beginning of the meal, a "pre-dessert" (my new favourite thing!) and some petit fours to finish, we had a total of 12 courses. Great service and they adapted our meal to suit our tastes. Highly recommend the Paringa Estate wines

We were there for lunch yesterday, from the moment we walked in we were made to feel special. Although not a huge menu there is a variety of choices. We decided to have the matching wines suggested which were all excellent. Three courses and three glasses of wine was $227.00. Yes, a bit expensive, but we enjoyed every morsel!! For me this is a special occasion restaurant. Thank you to all the staff on duty yesterday at lunch. Hopefully we will be back one day.

The Restuarant was superb and the wine we were recommended complimented our food well The staff were very attentive and they made our anniversary lunch very special. Will be back to taste the duck and the suckling pig, as the Hare and the Toffee Chicken were amazing. Thank you for a great day
