Review Kfc Redbank - Redbank Plains

Walked through the doors met by a young lady that had been so helpful and worked so diligently... next to her were three other staff members messing around. But I was not concerned about that till I had come back home and taken a bite into some cold and semi frozen chicken. On realising this I had attempted to contact them but no answer.

We have always enjoyed the food from here. Fresh, hot and very tasty. My 10 year old gets lunch from here once during the holidays for getting up at 3am to go to work with me. They always look after him well.

Absolutely disgusting, while parked at the drive through window, witnessed about 2 staff members eating while packing customer orders and handling food without tongs. How is eating food while serving customers or touching food with bare hands hygienic ??!! This restaurant definitely needs a food handling and food safety check!! Saturday 26.03.2021 around 9pm

Ordered online (as they encouraged) but waited forever for our food. Told the guy behind the counter when we walked in that we ordered online. Waited & waited & then after seeing everyone after us being served we had to approach the counter & ask them for our food...even tho our name was showing up on the board. The excuse was "we couldn't see you" yet our food was not even prepared & so we had to wait again!! Not very efficient & poor excuse. Management hiding behind young guy at the counter who unfortunately caught the brunt of my disappointment. They should have stepped up to offer an apology or goodwill of some sort. Disappointing to say the least.

Waited half an hour in the drive through only to be told to drive around to the front of the store and our meal would be brought out in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later had to go inside myself and wait a further 5 minutes. Food also tasted like s##t this place needs to be audited hy head office

So I turn up to get my self a rare treat, some KFC. I was looking forward to it all day but upon arrival I'm told that due to short staff they will only be serving drive through and delivery. I politely explain that I've arrived in 15 ton truck and that isn't possible for me. The young manager explained that it was from above him and couldn't do anything. Was bloody lucky that day I didn't park my truck in front of the drive though and walk off. Everyone else that came in, walked back out got in their cars and went through the drive through. I felt really quite discriminated against that day and the lack of understanding offered me was upsetting. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Progressed reasonably fast thru long line of cars at drive-thru. The young guy taking orders was the best... loud, clear and easy to understand. I let him know so and said he's the best I've come across at drive-thru's. That put a smile on his dial:) Food was great. I was ordering my breakfast in the evening as hadn't eaten all day!

Completely ridiculous wait time. Over 25mins and I ordered online.... Try explaining to a hangry 5yr old why it's taking so long. Not a Hello at the window, just handed me the drink n turned away and the second window shoved the bag through and said 'here's bag' I don't expect five star service but I do have expect service and respect
