Review Reddy Kebabs Cafe - Redcliffe

My friends and I were craving fish and chips and we somehow ended up here. It was pretty much our last resort; most fish and chip places were closed. We ordered 4 seafood boxes: garlic prawn + chips, fish, + chips, calamari + chips and whiting + chips. The boxes were only $9 each. It was only an extra $1.50 for a can of soft drink. The food was just alright. I've had much better seafood before. The best thing out of all of those boxes was the fish. The food was still quite enjoyable. The tartar sauce that came with the food was pretty good! If you're craving fish and chips, this place will definitely satisfy you!

The staff were very friendly, the service was awesome however neither my husband or I enjoyed the big breakfast at all. The steak tasted really odd, the scrambled eggs were watery, the hash browns tasted like they had been cooked in oil that has had seafood or something in it. We were both starving and neither of us had more than a couple of bites. I did let them know when I went to pay and the cook did not seem too pleased with my polite and honest feedback. We will not be returning to Reddy Kebabs

Best Kebabs I've had anywhere. Tasty meat, properly crisp wrap and quality ingredients. Chips and other menu items are very nice aswell. Staff are always extremely friendly and service is always prompt.

Loved their Eggs benny with turkish sausage...very fresh & yummy!! Staff were amazing in the morrning on Sunday... Had a kebab as lunch on a weekday.....Not that pleasing, meat wasn't hot enough and the old guy behind the counter was a Weirdo!

Came here about a month ago. Food was served in less than 5 minutes, tasty and was affordable. And the owner let my family and i stop and pray inside for Asr. Will not forget that act of kindness ❤️

Always love going here, staff are friendly and happy every time I'm there :) always have my order right and the kebabs are perfect :) I'll attach a photo next time I'm down on the water front

The falafel plates can't be beat, too good! Decent price at $10 too. Guy working there was awesome, friendly and helpful.

I have always loved the kebabs from here but the last time there were new people serving and the meat was dry and there was not enough salad. I hope they have not changed owners and this was just temporary staff.

Dont normally complain but worst food experience ever x didn't end up getting our good as they forgot our order ..... Argued about a refund and young lass was un fortunately rude to us :( family was served food but not us , dodge .....

The whole family loves the kebabs here! Always delicious, service is always friendly and a great spot. We bypass many other restaurants just to come here at least once a month - family favourite!!

Always a pleasure going to Reddy Kebabs for breakfast. The staff are always helpful and it's a wonderful touch with the little side of fruit with some of the breakfast/brunch items. The food has always been good, especially the vegetarian eggs benedict.

We had a great lunch here today, the food was really nice, staff were so friendly. We're going back tomorrow for breakfast as we were told by other patrons the breakfasts are awesome, after looking at the menu great variety and well price with a direct view off ocean. We loved it!

We love this cafe. A huge breakfast menu that we always select The Big Breakfast from. The best we've ever had. It's the greatest way to kick-start a Sunday. The service is fantastic and attentive. Always nice to be greated by the owner which his infectious smile.

My fave place on the peninsula. Always try to come in for breaky on my day off... my fave lil place to stop in for some chill time. awesome service, owners are extremely friendly and always happy, cant beat a contagious smile. absolutely love your hollandaise sauce and beautiful coffe everytime :)

Good value unpretentious breakfast that was delicious. We had just the scrambled eggs with crispy bacon and ciabatta and also eggs florentine. Both served with a little fruit salad! Waitstaff were very pleasant.

Cuisine with cheek. Went there the other day with my girlfriend, 1 kebab each and a bit of chit chat with the owner left us with smiles and pretty satisfied stomachs, will be coming back here again.

I always walk away from Reddy Kebabs Cafe as a satisfied and happy customer. The meals are a decent size, you either can't finish them or feel very full afterwards. The prices and service is also great.

Great Breakfasts and coffee. Been here about 5 times now and the B'fast, coffee and service is always spot on. I really can't imagine the staff here being rude. The bacon and eggs always comes with a little fruit salad, which is a nice touch. Keep up the good work Reddy's.

Perfect café for Breakfast. Perfect café for a Breakfast by the water <br/><br/>My wife & I have breakfast here quite often, we are always both very impressed of the level of service as we always get greeted with a smile on entry & quickly get shown to our table. <br/><br/>The menu is good with plenty to choose from, Atmosphere is very pleasant with the layout giving it a Mediterranean feel with the food being consistent, although busy at the times when we were there the food always came out in quick time<br/><br/> We will certainly be back here soon.

Amazing breakfast. We go out for weekend breakfast at this cafe. tried out few other local places,but nothing comes close.<br/>Each time we walked away full and happy. very good value for money. See you next weekend

Had one of their kebabs was pretty good and the guy standing at the door seemed pretty friendly.

Cheap and Cheerful Fish & Chips. We were looking for a basic but nice fish and chip meal on Redcliffe Parade on a Sunday evening and stumbled across this modest little place almost opposite the pier. The service was quick and friendly and the servings generous and tasty. The prices were a pleasant surprise. You can sit down at the tables outside and watch the passing parade as you eat or get takeaways and find your own possie on the pier or beachfront. Did the job nicely.

I have eaten breakfast at this place at least 10 times in the past 3 months. The food has always been excellent and the service pleasant and fast. I cannot comment on their other food but for breakfast the place is tops.

POOR QUALITY FOOD & SERVICE. The title says it all I think!<br/>The kebabs here are poor quality considering the price. They are very short on meat, stuffed full of cheaper salad ingredients & the service is like something out of FAWLTY TOWERS.<br/>While I was there with friends waiting for our kebabs outside at the table the boss of the place came outside & started smoking while sat on a chair just to the side of the shop door. YUK!

Great Breaky. Went for a walk along the waterfront and decided to stop here for a breaky. Ended up getting there Eggs Florentine and it was sensational. Can't wait to get back for another. Guy there was very friendly.

Avoid this crap kebab shop. I visited recently with friends & the staff are outright rude. Took ages get my kebab, I ordered chicken kebab with lettuce, tomato, onion & garlic sauce. I think all I only got 5 or 6 small pieces of chicken & the kebab was stuffed with salad. A complete waste of money. I ended up throwing most of it in the bin. Terrible value for money & the staff sit in the outside area smoking too. Not very nice when you are eating & illegal in QLD!

Terrible service & even worse kebabs. I ordered a chicken kebab with a little tomato & onion & lots of chilli & garlic sauce. The kebab was just full of tomato & onion with a few small pieces of chicken, I didn't find any chicken until my 3rd or 4th bite. The young girl who served me was surly & unfriendly. To top the whole thing off the owner ( I think ) came & sat outside while I was eating at the table provided & started smoking in the eating area. . Yuk! Worst kebab I have ever had & I won't be going back!

Excellent fish and chips. I normally come here to eat kebabs, thought i would try their fish and chips, i must say tasted Delicious ! Highly recommended !

I hadn't been in since before the new and improved renovations, and they have always done ok kebabs. However since the renovation, I was served an amazing kebab, beautifully toasted and so full of flavor. They are well priced and I would highly recommend x :)

Quality of Fish - Terrible. I paid $4.50 for a piece of fish and after waiting 12 minutes I was served a piece of fish that was one of those frozen fillets (of minced fish) from a packet. <br/>The ends were too hard to be edible and the rest of the fish was bland and soggy.<br/>Given the price I expected a fresh piece of actual fish double the size of the piece I was given. <br/>A rip-off !!
