Review Mcdonald's - Redcliffe

Standards at this store have dropped in recent times. Today I ordered a Banana Bread (pictured) to eat in restaurant. It was broken and partly burnt when it arrived and it was simply placed in a paper bag and had no other wrapping. How I yearn for the pre COVID days when orders such as this arrived on plates and coffee was served in real cups. My other gripe was there were no number tents to be seen to facilitate table service when ordering via the preferred MyMaccas App. Will be spending my money elsewhere in future.

Really sad to see how little customer service you receive when going into the store. They do take orders at the till but they’ve built the whole counter up high to look as if there isn’t a till there so people just order on the screens. This isn’t the only store doing this it’s happening at all stores. I generally receive all items in my order correctly however the chicken snack wraps are cold every time I get them and I got not pickles on my cheeseburger and hamburger the other day when I never asked for them to be removed? I think overall all McDonald stores need to be managed better.

They have missed major components on our burgers a number of times including onions on quarter pounders and extra bacon on a Big Mac we paid extra for. Please invest the $1 for the bacon into basic training so the staff can improve in the construction of burgers and follow basic pictures. 🍔 🍔

Terrible service Drive through person was sitting down like they don't care Asked for a iced coffee 5 times to be told they can't do frappes Order large chips and got a hash brown instead Tried calling multiple times as I was on my way to work. No answer The shop doesn't care for customer satisfaction

I have been to heaps of MacDonalds all over the world and they are normally at last reasonable .I wouldn’t expect first class food at a McDonald’s as it is what it is,But I would expect better than a cold hamburger and over cooked cold chips . The thick shake was ok. This place needs to lift its game even by McDonald’s standards. Was disappointing

This Mecca's is terrible, I order a meal with large fries and my wife got a meal with medium fries, the large had the same amount as the medium. Asked for no lettuce on my Berger looks like they scraped the lettuce off a pre made burger. Very disapointed with this store once again, will not return here.

just left this maccas, quickest and kindest service. big shoutout to the worker who gave us help when the self serve printer wasn’t working (i believe his name was harry). really impressed, haven’t been here since it was under renovation i see a really big improvement in staff and this store :)

Had the best experience with the staff at Silvyn st. Ordered over a $100 worth and they got it to us in five minutes and were SO sweet. Sorry for the huge order, you guys did amazing x
