We dropped in just before flying home as I live hundreds of miles from a Red Wing store in the UK. They couldn't have been more helpful, getting me measured and fitted, explaining how the leather will age and which colour to buy to get a certain colour once they have been worn for a few years.
I would recommend this place to anyone if they're thinking of getting some new boots.
