The past 3 out of 4 times I've ordered they have made my burrito wrong. First time they forgot the vegetables, second time they forgot the meat and this time they put chips in my burrito. These errors have come from the kitchen as my recept doesn't reflect what I received. I don't have rice on it so

Just love the chicken burritos. Choice of mild and spicy dishes. Very tasty food at a great price. Quick service. Drive through and ample free parking. Highly recommended

If you want an all rice burrito and to be left waiting at the window for over 5 minutes with no one saying anything, nor an apology for the wait after you received your food, this is the GYG for you. Wasn't the best my last visit but this time you have lost a customer for good now.

not sure if this place is under new management because lately the food has been terrible. after receiving our order tonight it got pushed to the side and found leftovers in the fridge which were way better than the doggy soft tacos. Sent a feedback to the customer service team but no reply from them yet. Ordered a barramundi burrito bowl last weekend. It was extremely salty and the fish didn’t taste fresh. Never had this problem before in other GYG branches. Very disappointing.

The low score because of how disorganised their drive through is. Approximately 30 min wait just in the drive through. And when we got to the pickup window they did not even have our order right. GYG Is pretty good everywhere you go. But if you make a special order be sure to ask for hot fries. Otherwise they'll just sit in the bag while they wait for the rest of your order.
