Review Mariluci - Reservoir

Always love their lasagnes, cannelloni + arancini balls ... as do all the family + friends with whom I've shared them! Made fresh on-site, they're great quality and reasonably priced. Also make a spectacular vanilla slice if you're lucky enough to visit when it's available 😘 Easy free parking at the door. Note: bring your own bags

Lovely staff but I have been left extremely disappointed with the quality of their food. The potato croquet were delicious and would definitely recommend, the vanilla slice had an amazing pastry but the filling was more like a cream than actual custard and was not to my liking however, the real disappointment was with the arancini bolongese, they were very dry and the eggplant parmigiana it was so bitter and tough it was uneditable.

If you're looking for authentic fresh hand made pasta's, look nowhere else! One bite of that Agnolotti with a delicious tomato based sauce and that bite will take you past all the space gods of the universe and arrive you at Food heaven. Highly recommend their Coffee's too, well made!

Awesome vanilla slice.

Mariluci is homemade Italian in those times when you can't make your own. The lasagna is consistently delicious, the biscotti moreish you just can't stop at one and the ricotta and spinach ravioli the best frozen pasta I've ever had!! An absolute gem tucked away in reservoir.

Trekked out to Reservoir last Saturday to buy some staples and plan b when I can't be bothered making my own. Gnocchi and arancini are possibly the best aside from our own. Gnocchi are light and filling. You'll only need 1kg for 4 people with a nice side salad and that should be enough for a meal. The arancini especially the mushroom is really nice served with a light Napoli sauce or just on its own. They make two sizes of arancini the usual and a smaller bite size version. They taste almost like home.

Great arancini. The arancini come in both large and bite size pieces-great for functions and if there are left overs they freeze well. Always delish, my favs are eggplant and mushroom
