Very Bad experience we had birthday party on this restaurant had very bad experience and I am suggesting please don’t organized here otherwise you waste your money. Charged extra money- count more people then what we have invited • Not good customer service all the time waiting for food. Food was not tasty. Zero star

Very friendly staff, the waitress and chef both very hospitable and attentive. Food was excellent, some of the best Indian I've eaten in Australia. Selection of vegetarian dish great! But do BYO for wine as the selection isn't great.

Have been recently painted and decorated. Give it a better look than before. This restaurant is more about good food and affordability than looks.

Delicious food and quick, friendly service. Garlic naan is amazing and their veg korma and butter chicken were a hit at our house.

Awesome local curry house! Best curry in Reza. The owner is a top bloke that makes me a curry that doesn’t appear to be on the menu anymore! It is Chicken Batinder and it is absolutely sensational! Also rate the goat curry, palak paneer and lamb Rogan josh! Always order extra garlic naan! It’s worth it!

I ordered Palak Mushroom as a take away and I can say that it was very disappointing.
It spinach curry was very sour in taste and there was barely any mushrooms.
Never going back there again:-(

The food at this place is the best!! We had the goal curry which was amazeballs and the cashew based paneer. It had delectable and slightly sweet flavor - rich and decadent, especially with plain naan. If you're dubious about this place, don't be- have a go! And for the price it's the best curry in the North of Melbourne. We'll be back.

We order from here regularly. The garlic naan is especially good, but everything is amazing. Definitely worth trying the vindaloo, palak, and sour lime chicken.

It was recommended by my housemate to come here. We tried the butter chicken, lamb palak and some rotis. Both curry are rich and delicious. Although we had to wait for about 30 mins, but everything is fresh.

Excellent food, great service. What may look a little run down from the front is a clean and friendly restaurant serving lovely Indian dishes. We were impressed with the service, and with delicious takeaway for around $50 for three curries, saffron rice and several serves of delicious garlic naan. They are clearly passionate about what they do. We will be back!

Hi there. Just writing my 1st review on any restaurant. I felt the need of sharing one incidence at curry capers! But 1st let me rate the restaurant ;
Food 5.5/10
Dine-in environment 5/10
Cleanliness 5/10
Staff attitude 0/10
Few months back, we placed an order for take away food. As we were having a drink or two, we did not eat the food straight away. But once we opened up one of the vegetarian container, there was a "pen cap" inside the vegetarian dish. It grossed me out as you can imagine where that cap might have been, inside someone's mouth and ear or God knows where else. We immediately rang the chef and told him. Chef was not willing to talk and asked us to talk in the morning, so we did. When we went to see him at the restaurant instead of being apologetic he was quite rude and said mistakes happen. We said alright lets not make an issue here but how about compensation?? Forget about apology, He actually refused to cooperate and dint offer any compensation. It was insane and we got very upset. That made us to take the mater further to the officials. Chef realised we were serious and he calmed down and offer us money back. Which we refused. But he threw the money infront of us and asked to leave. The rudest person that I have ever seen in this industry. I certainly will never be seeing his face!

Didn't like it. Terrible food will never go back, the chef seems to not know what quality food and quality ingredients is seriously I was disappointed!

Thought we would try this place after driving past a few times, Went in there for dinner and got seated between the front door and the counter 5 mins later a whole cricket team come in obviously friends with the staff and the walk around our table and into the kitchen and some of them came through the back entrance.... I dont go out for dinner to have people walking around like it's their home we just got up with our bottle of wine and went to ol' faithful on broadway.

Curry Capers indian - Keon Park. A great "little restaurant" in Keon Park, in a stretch of shops that don't really draw people to the area, but I just thought I'd try out a local indian restaurant, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food for the price and the service was quite good, even the chef came out to ask if I was enjoying the food, which tells me that they really care about quality and customer satisfaction!!! I noticed customers coming in ordering/picking up take-away were Indian...i guess that speaks for itself.

From the complimentary and refreshing mint yoghurt with the crisp bread, to the very tasty and perfectly spiced Lamb Tikka masala, accompanied by the fresh and slightly zesty Kuchumber salad, the Kashmiri and Masala Kulcha Naan breads, also very nice and finally the pleasant carrot pudding, the lot came out to $27.50.

4 stars out of 5 for quality and quantity of food
4 stars for service and customer satisfaction
2.5 to 3 stars stars for ambience and decor

I'll certainly be going back.

S.D.
