I ordered wrapped Adena kebab. It is really large and worth for the price. The bread was so soft and good, I liked it. The mixture of onion, tomato, and sumac was perfect.Adena kebab was good but I felt the taste of fat more than meat. It seems there were too much fat mixed with the meat. It was just taste but appearance of the kebab wasn't that much oily.
But I like it overall.
Marinated cubes of chicken roasted over proper charcoal, wrapped up in a toasted slightly chewy bread filled with salad, garlic sauce and most importantly some chilli sauce.
The combination makes for a fresh and fragrant kebab that is uncomplicated and tastes great. Very close to my perfect kebab. Highly recommended.
