This restaurant is my go to for quality Asian food. I almost always order the Prawn Dumpling Noodle Soup, which is the best I've ever tasted for a take-away. The chicken wings are also delicious. If you are in the Armadale/Malvern area, there is honestly no place better.
These guys are great. I’ve been ordering from here for years. It’s always really quick, and their fried rice is perfect, also their Vegetarian Noodle Soup is fresh as hell, very generous portions and always tastes great, highly recommend.

Order on uber eats and came pretty quick and was warm enough. Food was overall pretty tasty I thought. Lots on the menu so I would return to try some more.
I’ve ordered from a few different pho places now and it’s safe to say I have found my favourite vegetarian pho! Quality of food is great and always consistent.
Great fit out to this new Asian gem in bridge road. The service was friendly, efficient and polite. The food was very well presented and cooked well. Drinks were high standard and reasonable priced. Yep ticks all the boxes. Great for the 2 of us and would be terrific with a group.

Both times I’ve ordered the Grilled Lemongrass Chicken with salad and rice and Pork and prawn ricepaper rolls.

I love this place, it’s my local take away as I live down the road. The food is always consistent and I’m so excited to visit there new restaurant on Bridge Rd.
Ordered through Uber eats for lunch. Got their beef pho and duck rice paper rolls! Absolutely love that they provided raw beef to boil into the broth at home for maximum freshness. The broth was absolutely flavourful and silky. Can't wait to order again! 💯💯 Asian approved!
Looking at other reviews, it appears that a lot of people order from uber eats. It's not a surprise, because they were super fast and super tasty. My food came by the exact delivery time, which was 20 mins, and this was a bonus considering I ordered during peak lunch rush. The lemongrass chicken was sooooooo good, filling and just plain delicious. The chicken wings though, I don't know.. Could be better. But overall, enjoyable lunch and I'll be ordering again.
Got late night Uber eats from here. Had some spring rolls which were yum and I love when they give you lettuce leaves with them! Maybe sweet chilli sauce would be better though than the one we got, was a bit watery. Stir fried veggies were yum and crisp!
Ordered through ubereats at midnight. One of the few places that opens till 2am so that cures the midnight munchies. Also delivers really quickly.
Had the wings, duck rice paper rolls, both amazing, and there was lemon beef salad leftover for tomorrow's lunch. Heard a lot of good things about this place and was glad to finally have tried it.
Super fresh and delicious. We normally order from UberEats Beef Pho, Chicken Pho, grilled chicken wt chillies &lemongrass and never be disappointed. Thank you Mister Minh for really nice Vietnamese food and such efficient service!
I ordered ubereats from them a duck salad and it surpassed my expectation. Crunchy salad with beautiful duck on top, peanut for garnished, i’d love to order again. However, the taste hasnt been there yet, it could be seasoned more. One last thing i couldnt get it is that this place is quite popular in ubereats but the rating here isnt that high so I gotta check out the restaurant by myself. Anyways, i was really pleased with the ubereats order
Surprisingly good. I had low, low expectations. The pho was decent, pork vermicelli was as good as anything, same as the chicken wings. Fried spring rolls were the only disappointment..burnt and soggy.
This place is a little hard to find, only does takeaway food ! But the food was AMAZING! Had the rendeng curry with the roti which was so good!
Looking forward to get back to this place to try rest of menu!
I can't understand why Mister Mihn doesn't have a higher score. Looks like it must have been just one very low vote that offset all the good reviews! We have eaten Mister Mihn a few times and its always been really tasty and generous portion sizes, and great for vegetarians! They seem to go out of their way to make your experience good. We once accidentally got the wrong order delivered via uber eats (it happens, uber driver could have grabbed the wrong bag, who knows – "Mitch" got confused with "Michelle" an easy mistake) and they apologised sweetly and had our actual order delivered to us so speedily and even let us keep the wrong order that had already been delivered. Highly recommend, they deserve a much better rating!
What a treat to have Mister Minh's deliver to our whole office. He organised the whole menu we told him how many of us there was. Yummy Chicken Wings, Vietnamese Salad, Fried Rice, Steamed Dimmys you name it all top notch. Sorry to the local Pizza shop who will miss our business.
Great food and super friendly fast service. Definitely keep going back for more. Only feedback would be the pho is a bit too oily.

The food is really delicious but I'm a bit worried about how much msg they have in the food. We had the Spring rolls, duck salad and dumpling soup. Friendly service and super fast delivery. Would have given them a higher score but my partner and I were super thirsty and had headaches after the meal which we feel could be due to the msg in the food.

Well I can't really say 'I've been there' per say ... but I have eaten there.
Let me start from the start, after watching the food channel for the last 2 hours I caved and decided to order some food through uber eats. I wanted to go for a cheaper option so my expectations weren't that high.
Food arrived relatively fast from Bridge road Richmond to South Yarra in under 14 min (:
Tonight's uber eats order was:
1 x Prawn and Pork rice paper rolls
1 x Special Fried rice
I'm going to start with the peanut sauce that came with the rice paper rolls, it was a little cold and solid (guessing it was in the fridge prior) so I had put it in the microwave for a quick zap. I added some chili into it to for a little more bite. peanut sauce itself was average, chili combo was very good nice range of heat. now for the rice paper rolls, man did these surprise me or what! Fresh well balanced and honestly hands down in my top 5 for best rice paper rolls I've ever had. This is including rice paper rolls from the vietnam food capital itself Hoi An. I didn't even think about the average sauce anymore cos these rice paper rolls were honestly so good!
Fried rice was pretty good as well, not the best I've had but pretty good, hit the spot for my fried rice craving. Decent size for a really cheap price, I even halved the container with my partner and we were both left very satisfied.
overall I give this place a 4/5. it is definitely now my go to Vietnamese delivery joint. 👌👌
Must admit the food here tastes absolutely amazing, always delivered quickly and with generous servings that are still very hot. The wings are a must, the sauce is great. The only questionable thing i could think of is if and how much MSG is used in the chicken pho. I get pho regularly on Victoria St and this is the only one that makes me feel like i've done a half-marathon in the Sahara desert. Anyhow still great vietnamese and I will definitely be back.

You know what I love? Asian restaurants that specify which dishes are vegan (i.e. not classifying something that is made with fish sauce/meaty stock/some other ingredient of animal origin as "vegetarian".) You know what I love even more? Restaurants that offer a vegan pho-type soup without referring to it as pho ergo not setting the expectation of receiving something that tastes like pho but in reality is nothing like pho, but is delicious nonetheless. You know which place totally delivers on both of the afore mentioned? Mister Minh!
These guys actually over-delivered, as rather than substituting the usual fried tofu for beast based protein they use dried bean curd sticks, which are a personal favourite of mine. I suspect the soup of which I speak may be a Buddhist dish, as it didn't seem to contain any onion or garlic, but it was not lacking in flavour. It was gloriously light and well balanced in its seasoning, and the vegetables were very lightly blanched, taking them just beyond the point of being raw and allowing them to retain their wonderful vibrant colour and freshness. The noodles were also on point, without being gluggy and weighing down the broth. Thumbs up for this not-quite-pho-but-not-purporting-to-be soup.
The vegetable rice paper rolls were also very good, especially in texture and structural integrity (I've already mentioned several times over my inability to eat pretty much anything without ending up looking like a Jackson Pollock painting, and rice paper rolls are probably my biggest struggle next to sandwiches/burgers/wraps) but they would have benefited from a bit more flavour and crunch courtesy of fried shallots, tofu and some additional herbs.) All up, this was a more than satisfactory dining experience. Two thumbs up for Mister Minh!
Salt and pepper calamari, the prawn spring rolls and sexy chicken wings are the best things on the menu. Never disappoints. What was disappointing on Sunday was the mood of the older gentlemen who was front of house. No smile, grunted at us when we ordered, had to flag him down to order drinks. Not a good look and feel to dine in, food is great but we’ll take away in future.

June 2021: First visit to this restaurant on Bridge Road, Richmond and was totally charmed by the atmosphere, food, decor and friendly service. A complete restaurant and bar. Highly recommended.
Incidentally, the copper plumbing in the men's room is just brilliant.

3.8 out of 5. We enjoyed it here. Modern Vietnamese we’d call it. The space is cavernous and nicely decked out in contemporary style. It’s a nice setting. Only the throwaway background pop music grated a bit. Service was great tonight. Prompt, polite and friendly. All dishes came out very quickly. All dishes were good too, particularly the pearl balls and the vegetarian dumplings. I was also liking the salt and pepper tofu and the eggplant with prawn meat. It’s a good place and it’s clearly doing well. Recommended.
Late arrival to town & wondered what we could find for 7 people late on a Saturday night. Mister Minh were extremely accomodating. Fast service, fantastic food, highly recommend!

Lots of meat in the dishes and really good value.
Just read a previous review as I was writing this one. One review was referring to beef in pho as stringy. Beef in pho is meant to be thinly sliced and cooked in boiling broth if you’re after well cooked. Clearly this person had no idea about traditional Vietnamese beef pho.
