The staff were so accommodating especially being the night before lockdown! Was the best meal act as our last supper- highlight of the night was the caramelised pork belly!! Highly recommend 👍🏽 - btw corkage is $9 per bottle (it isn’t advertised anywhere)
A friend and I got take away from Mister Minh and it was fantastic. We both ordered the Combination Laksa as well as a serve of the Grilled Beef Betel Leaf to share.
The betel leafs were great and I love that they were served with lettuce, carrot etc for us to wrap them in. The Combination Laksa was full of flavour and the perfect amount of spice. The serving size was huge, with a lot of seafood - great value for money.
There are several other items on the menu I’d love to try so I would definitely return for either dine in or take away.
The staff member that served us was very nice and helpful when answering our questions.

Anyway I had some take away from here. I had some great pork dim sims, which were full of flavour.
The vegetarian fried rice and vegetarian rice were delicious.
My combination curry laska was spicy, whoa!! But bursting with flavour and full of seafood.
The roti bread was great, fresh and hot w some yummy peanut sauce.
The only disappointing item was a new custard bun, which was as dry as a bone. The filling was insignificant and limited.
Other than that it was a great meal.

It was a cold night and it was time for some home delivery. We found Mister Minh and impressed with their menu and prices we ordered the following.
A combination curry laska which was absolutely fantastic. Full of flavour, with fresh prawns, chicken and other goodies, just perfect!
4 duck rice paper rolls, which were fresh and full of flavour.
A vegetarian fried rice full of nice veggies and fresh.
4 home made Dim Sims, and to be honest I’ve never really been a huge fan of Dim Sims, until now. They were sooo fresh, not dense, nice meat inside and the wonton wrapping was perfect. They were packed with flavour.
And to finish off we had THE best Mister Minh’s chicken wings, which were full of meat and the batter was crispy, lightly crunchy... WOW!
I was sooo impressed with this food that if I wasn’t going out for dinner tonight, I’d definitely order exactly the same dishes again hahaha
This place is a must visit.
3.8 out of 5. We enjoyed it here. Modern Vietnamese we’d call it. The space is cavernous and nicely decked out in contemporary style. It’s a nice setting. Only the throwaway background pop music grated a bit. Service was great tonight. Prompt, polite and friendly. All dishes came out very quickly. All dishes were good too, particularly the pearl balls and the vegetarian dumplings. I was also liking the salt and pepper tofu and the eggplant with prawn meat. It’s a good place and it’s clearly doing well. Recommended.
I was introduced to Vietnamese food at Mister Minh when they used to be across the road from where they are now, in a small place and doing deliveries mostly. One day I ordered a chicken pho for myself and I fell in love with the Vietnamese flavors after having that pho. That flavor was so amazing that I had to book a 2 week holiday to Vietnam to find out what more Vietnamese flavors am I missing from my life.
Asked for some water but can not find any waiter

This place is absolutely beautiful, more so at night time with all the twinkle lights.
I have had the vegetable pho, and it’s so delicious and jam packed with vegetables!
It is a huge serving, so you better be hungry!
The friends I was with had other dishes that also looked absolutely amazing!
The one issue is that the service does need some improving, whether or not that can’t cope with the busyness, I’m not sure but it’s lucky their food is top notch!
I do recommend, but be prepared for service hiccups! I really hope this place survives on bridge road because we lose good eatery’s.

Service was quick, Rendang was superb and home made dim sims were the best.
Will check other items on the menu next time.

We tried a few small dishes to share and was left content, but not blown away. Everything was cooked nicely, but in its attempt to be contemporary, it lost some of its authenticity. The venue was great for groups and service prompt.
Been here a number of times. Food always high standard, great ambience and fitout, excellent staff. To my mind, it's fusion done well; respecting the food and executing so well, with a contemporary change-up. I'm going there again tonight :) would recommend.
One of the best Vietnamese restaurants I’ve eaten at. Everything was so tasty and filling. Not pictured is the beef rendang, which we all agreed was the best we have ever eaten.
If you would like to impress someone, bring them here. You won’t be disappointed.

What a fantastic restaurant. The staff were lovely and very helpful.The food was amazing the quality and quantity were great to much for us to eat so they provided take away containers. Will definitely go back.
Mister Minh is Asian fusion style at reasonable prices! What a great find with friendly staff and of course, excellent food.
What we ordered: For entree we shared the salt and pepper tofu, and Chicken rice paper rolls. While for mains we ordered the Thit Kho (braised pork belly), Char Keoy Teow (w/ calamari & chicken) and roti bread.
The salt and pepper tofu comes surrounded by a fresh mix of onion & capsicum which provides an almost tangy flavour to the dish - this entree is a must. Chicken rice paper rolls were also a good choice. The Thit Kho was 5/5, tender meat excelling in flavour while the Char Kepy Teow was delicious! As for the roti bread, it was different as it was more a puff pasty but still matched well with the spicy satay sauce.
We will be back!
This place is incredibly underated.
I've been twice in the last month. First time it was a nice quiet saturday lunch but the 2nd time, it was packed and buzzing on a Friday night.
Service is impressively quick and attentive even when busy.
I had the Prawn & Pork rice paper rolls which come with an amazing satay and chilli sauce. I had the Beef Rendang with Roti bread as a main. The beef pulls apart, very tender and it's a big serving of meat. There are about 6 or more pieces of the best roti bread I've ever had, very crispy and flaky. Goes perfectly with the tasty rendang sauce and tender beef. No rice really needed with this dish unless you are very hungry.
Strongly recommend Mister Minh and I'll be back..again..to try some other dishes
The ambiance of Mihns new place is fantastic. The staff were very attentive and Mr Mihn the perfect host. The food was soooooooo tasty. The Sexy Chicken Ribs and especially the accompanying sauce, spring rolls were delicious. I had a perfect Char Kway Teow and went home stuffed and happy I've been a fan of Mihns food for nearly 20 years!
We arrived at Mister Minh reasonably late-ish on a Saturday night and it was packed! We were found a table reasonably quickly, despite this.
Some great menu options. Preferred the duck pancakes over the BBQ meat plate. The chicken fried rice with XO sauce was delicious.
Can’t wait to come back and try out the rest of the menu!

Went to this restaurant a week after the initial opening and I must say that it will do well. Bridge road has been ghostly for 5 years but this is another example of a well frequented restaurant that has migrated from Victoria St to get amongst the crowd again.
The chef and owner of Bin Minh has started again with a trendy, clean and well organised (and hippy) place which, I would assume, be overwhelmed where they are positioned.  Now for the limited food we tried on visit 1:
1. Steamed prawn dumplings - you cannot go wrong but a little exy
2. Stuffed crab - definately one to reorder. This was a soft shell crab with extra goodies for more filling, deep fried
3. Spring Rolls - these are hard to get wrong and this was proven at again, however a little more lettuce should be provided
4. Thit Kho (aka pork belly slow cooked) - flavour and marinade fantastic, pork belly was a little too much on the fatty side. Needs improvement on that front.
5. Fried Rice - great serving and you wont be disappointed.
No BYO which was also disappointing but will be back......
