Review Mr Hollywood Pizza - Richmond

Uthpala Koralegedara
Great pizza and very friendly staff. Lady on the phone was extremely nice. Ordered the #15 with jalapeños and garlic bread. Lots of chicken on the pizza. Adding the jalapeños made it a bit expensive. Garlic bread was too dense. Will go again to try the other pizzas.

Fantastic service, friendly and quick! The pizzas were delicious, the best I can remember having! Great way to begin the evening at the MCG!!

We went to Richmond for a great night and it was made even more spectacular as we finished up with some Mr Hollywood Pizza with a special touch from Nabeel who is new to the company. Thanks guys!

Went in had some awesome pizza and left my jumper in there, came back a week later and they still had it waiting for me. Very happy

Great pizza at a decent price. Busy but quick service.

Pineapple on pizza belongs in hell. However this place with the super deluxe, controversially has pineapple and put me to shame with how tasty it was.

Nice pizzas, friendly staff even in the late hours at the end of a shift. Great spot for a quick snack after a night out

Pretty basic pizza and nothing to rave about. Good amount of toppings but just average. Good price but if you’re looking for pizza in Richmond best bet is Silvios

<br/>Solid old school pizza! Half margarita was excellent and the half meat lovers very good. Some of the other reviews talk about bad service but they were very friendly on the phone and when I picked it up!

Needed a quick bite before a concert in Rod Laver Arena, and found this place to be the nearest as it is located just beside the station. Were not expecting anything since we just wanted to have some fuel before standing for 2 hours, but the pizza turned out to be really good! I like this better than domino's or pizza hut tbh. Loved it!

My partner and I went here tonight with a couple of new friends. We ordered a couple of pizzas including my supreme pizza. <br/><br/>The pizzas were just fantastic, bloody delicious!! This is a really old school place, I've been here before but I didn't want to review it as I wanted to give a current review, not an old one. <br/><br/>It great to know that noting has changed, even the average service hahaha <br/><br/>This is my new/old pizza shop again. Yahooo haha <br/><br/>No pics as I was self conscious w some new friends lol

Great, convenient pizza restaurant for a late-night feed after footy at the MCG.  <br/> <br/>The pizza is hard to fault and has always been quickly served, hot, fresh and tasty!  <br/> <br/>As an added bonus, the tables and chairs allow customers to eat at their own pace adding another dimension to the restaurant - as it simply isn't just a take-away pizza place.   <br/> <br/>The arcade games give the restaurant a warm family-feel and are a nice, nostalgic touch paying homage to the pizzerias of yesteryear.  <br/> <br/>Has become a regular spot for friends and I after footy at the 'G, we always leave full, and happy with our meals.

Just felt like a lazy local pizza to be delivered to me. Living in Richmond, we have a few options but no one really stands out.<br/><br/>Mr Hollywood pizza was the one I decided on.<br/>I got the "chefs special"<br/>Pretty chilly but that's about it. Nothing spectacular <br/><br/>Delivered pretty hot and quick. <br/>Free delivery as well so I'll give it a go next time

Nice pizza in a great location right in front of the Richmond station on Swan. I've been going past this place for years and finally gave them a go. Good amount of toppings without going overboard and a nice base.

Mr Hollywood pizza has always been the place to go for the best pizza in town. Iconic shop front in a killer location, ask for a thin crust Saint Sofia or Margharita two of their specialties. Come down for a feed 5pm-midnight, be there! You won't regret it.

Pretty good pizza for its price, the owner seems nice, kinda dull ambience inside. Not the most amazing pizza but yeah not the worst either, <br/>value for money:10/10<br/>Ambiance:2/10<br/>Service: There wasn't any service 😑<br/>Taste: 8/10

Iconic to Richmond, Mr Hollywood, next to Richmond station corner swan street and punt road, still going strong,  made the way a pizza should be made.

Mr Hollywoods has a special place in my heart. Always on hand to grab a pizza walking up to either AAMI park or the MCG. What makes the difference with this place is their ability to deliver into Holiava (which is an awesome bar across the road). Beer and pizza, always a winning combo.

Ordered some pasta, to then watch the man (not chef) pull (something?) out of the freezer and shove it in the microwave.... and used his hands on every part of my meal. OH&S waiting to happen I think.

Value. Best value home delivered pizza in Richmond. They don't always kick goals but its value and size make up for it. It's our go too option for home delivery.

Convenient and generally good. Would not rate it as the best or great, but def has value.

Worst Chicken Parma. The Chicken Parma had no ham or melted cheese. Just a chicken and some tomato sauce. Well below my expectations. On top of that, the chips were soggy. An overall disaster!!
Kris
Worst pizza i have ever eaten ( well i did not eat it i couldent it was so bad !!) no flavour besides the taste of cheap meat and plastic cheese
Jack Fitzgerald
Very greasy and 75 minutes delivery time, early on a Thursday night.
Tim
Not bad, but not great either. Pizza was alright for the money, but definitely not a great experience. I had a Super Deluxe pizza which was fairly bland and slightly over cooked.
Nick
The food is ok, but service is poor. Have twice showed up for a pick up order to realise they have forgotten to make it. Also called to orde pizza and pasta only to be told they were too busy to make pasta. My advice would be don't advertise pasta on the menu if you're not going to make it.

Take a drink because it is dry and tasteless
Amy
Bit intimidating.... First (and last) time I went in there it was us 2 girls and about 20 men. Atmosphere was pretty unpleasant (I think a game was on!) but when we got the pizza home it was definitely worth it. Great pizza, but I agree with another reviewer - a bit 'dank'.

Great food, reasonable delivery times and super cheap!
Craig
