i absolutely love grill’d and think it’s one of the best ‘fast food’ places in melbourne! their burgers and chips are always super fresh and piping hot - prices are a little high but worth it once in a while. my secret tip is to always get the panini bun, not the traditional!
Healthy burgers and tasty chips! Good modern restaurant. Relaxed atmosphere and good vibe. Great place for a quick bite or to meet up with people.
I always have a good experience when visiting Grill’d. On my most recent visit I got ‘Simply Grill’d’ and added cheese & pickles, to take away. It was so juicy, full of flavour & fresh. The famous Grill’d chips are also great - the herbs on them are delicious.
Highly recommend visiting Grill’d as all their burgers I’ve had are great - can not go wrong!
Dinner for one at Grilld Richmond :) the staff were lovely! Great service always puts a smile on my face 😍 Had the lamb burger with a low carb bun, zucchini chips and a glass of wine (because I’m fancy) I’ll be back undoubtedly 🤤

Grill'd at Richmond.
Ambience: The place is spacious, with lots of seats. It was dimly lit so it has a bar/pub like feels and songs were not overly loud. Overall clean and well kept.
Service: The staffs were so friendly! Especially the one guy who asked us if we wanted any sharing plates and kept checking on us to see if everything was okay. Food was also done pretty quickly and they call out your name and we take our food from the counter. We did have to ask for water.
Food: Their original Grill'd burger with cheese (on a wholemeal bun) was really good. I'm saying the components all work so well together, from the juicy meat, fresh vegs, salty cheese, savory sauce to crispy and soft bun. The best thing is that it's not "sickening" which is the case with a LOT of burgers. Fries were also yums, thickly cut and not too oily, but crispy and pretty meaty.
Sis had the vegan cheeseburger which she had before and she loved em, but claimed that this time it wasn't as good, even when she requested less sauce (the problem she found from the previous time she had it).
Zucchini fries were interesting, but it's too salty and oily.
Price: reasonable prices for the quality and taste

My boyfriend and I have tried several burger joints in Melbourne but we just keep coming back... consistency is key at Grill'd and there has never once been a time where we have been disappointed after leaving Grill'd and especially the Grill'd here at Swan Street!
Great vibes, open seating arrangement and perfectly staffed. The owner of this particular Grill'd definitely has their business person's hat on because they're doing a great job! Keep it up Swan Street Grill'd!
If you’re looking for a simple, consistent burger then you’re in the right place. Nothing fancy but always fresh. The sweet potato fries always seem to be burnt so give them a miss!
Came here for a quick dinner with friends before the soccer. Atmosphere was energetic and the vibe was cool. The service was a little slow- it took almost 30 minutes for our burgers to come out, which meant we were cutting it fine for the game.
I had the Simon Says burger- chicken,bacon, Avocado, lettuce and mayo. Josh had the Chilli Chicken and we shared a regular fries. Not actually sure what the others got- but they seemed to enjoy them. I really liked my burger- all the ingredients tasty fresh, although the "crispy bacon" could have been a bit crispier as it was slightly underdone and not crispy. I really liked the relish and the addition of fresh red onion though. The chips were good, well seasoned, and a generous portion.
Yup, it's been a good few days of burgers, with Grill'd backing the Polished Man movement.
This Gifting mentally is what I like about Grill'd's ethos, they have good intentions in supporting local causes and a similar focus on 'healthy' burgers.
The burgers themselves could do with a bit more juiciness from either the pattie or additional sauce, but this would probably conflict with the 'healthy' intent. A Lot of people who I've meet hate Beetroot or Pineapple in their burgers, but I'm glad to know this place does it.
There is a vast menu with low-carb and vegetarian options greater than other burger joints.
This Grilld has so much potential. Firstly when you order a tap beer - don't make me wait - pour the beer and give it to me straight away. Secondly. Tables numbers.... everytime i'm there i have people wanting to give me someone else's burger.( like other stores - order and they hand you a table number)... The burgers are ok - they could be better.... this store has potential - they need to tighten it up and it would be a hit.
Good burgers I reckon. Not the usually sloppy cheesy burgers which I love dearly but I get the bacon and cheese one and add egg with no salad it's great. Fit out of the place is great and huge too. The sweet potato chips with chilli aioli are fabulous
Good place for burgers and I liked their special herb spice on the potato wedges.
Keeping care of health conscious ppl they provide baked food instead of fried which not seen at other resto.
Ambience is cosy and the staff is polite.
Grill'd are constantly praised for the consistency that is displayed across their stores, and their Swan Street outlet is certainly no exception. The meals were swiftly prepared, even with a store packed full of Richmond and Carlton supporters, and the burgers met the tasty Grill'd standard that Grill'd customers have come to expect.
I'm a big fan of this new Grill'd which has popped up recently. The venue is bright and roomy and the layout makes the most of the space.
The food was of the consistency we've all come to expect from Grill'd - tasty and fresh, without the excess grease so many burger joints these days seem to add to their burgers. The service was excellent also. I'll definitely be back!

Grill'd has excellent consistency across the chain. The new one in Swan Street is as good, or better, than the other branches I've been to and offers an extensive menu. As you normally find, staff are friendly and helpful. This venue is huge in comparison, both indoor and out, and has a good drinks list. On our one visit our burgers were excellent and we'll certainly be back for some casual lunches and dinners.
came in on a quiet friday afternoon to be automatically greeted at the door by a girl who was very Melbourne cool. I was very pleased to hear that there were vegan options and that the girl was very keen and eager to help me choose the best vegan options as she was a very avid vegan. I had a cruelty free 'Garden Goodness' which was very satisfying and extremely filling but to my dismay I was upsold on chips and a drink both of which I barley touched and I should have been advised that the burger itself was filling enough. The outside decor was kitschy and very suburban too a degree and not what I would like to see in Richmond. My little dachshund, was even brought out a bowl of water without me even having to ask. the food was delicious and fresh, the service impeccable, caring and very attentive. All taken into consideration there was only 4 other groups in the store at the time so there was no real way that the service and food could have been poor.
Just a great overall experience. Came on a late Friday night (love that they open till 11pm). You can order at the counter or from your table via QR code. Love the decor/setup; it’s new, spacious, hand sanitizers a plenty and nice booths with comfy leather seats. Staff was nice to give free water. Burgers are always nice, filling but not bloating afterwards. Zucchini chips are delicious, only wished they gave more.
Don't usually rave about a fast food joint but damn. From the service(Maddy & Angelo) to the food I can only give compliments, keep up the good work, it's rare to eat at a chain where the staff are actually doing thier job with pride.
Super friendly service 10/10. Super delicious burger and chips 10/10. I was looking forward to a good burger meal and I got more than that. It was so satisfying. I ordered the Mighty Melbourne burger with chips. Food does taste better with great service. I thoroughly enjoyed every single bite. Thank you very much!
Enjoyed my HFC burger, got asked twice if the food was nice then my plate was taken away quickly once I’d finished. Very attentive!
Absolutely awesome food! The burgers are a must try. Their texture from the bun to the pattie is so smooth that it just melts in your mouth. One of the best burgers I ever had.
Nice place for group hangout , mushroom burgers are not good absolutely not worth the money... zucini and sweet potatoes chips are very oily.

Yes.. the cool owner of the restaurant cared for the food served and was confident that the previous review was one off case and invited us for another meal to prove that Grilled is the best.. and indeed it was the fires did not have any excess oil this time and the veg burger were so filling we felt we will not be able to complete it.
