Review Sassy Thai Restaurant - Ringwood

Worst experience ever. We placed our order through Uber Eats at 5:45pm on a Sunday. 2 hrs and 15 min later, after numerous calls, still no food. Then arguing when we wanted to cancel the order and they still tried to charge us! The customer service is horrible, no apologies, just excuses and completely rude. *Just to clarify; the customer service was through Sassy Thai restaurant NOT Uber Eats. Uber Eats was extremely apologetic & refunded our money.

Flavoursome food, value for money. The portion size was enough for a family of 2. Will definitely dine in soon some day. We took take away

Delicious meal. Really loved the barramundi in ginger. The food is beautifully presented and really tasty. Lovely staff.

Great food, but a bit too noisy and crowded. In COVID times I'm concerned about distancing and nobody checked vaccination record either. I certainly will get take away

Have been there four times in the past two weeks. In my opinion, probably the best Thai food i have experienced outside of Thailand. Very good Tom Yum, lots of deep taste. Roast duck curry is mind blowing good, very authentic PadThai. Staff are warm and friendly, decent background music. All in all, one of my favourite places to eat.

Beef massaman tender and yum, fish curry (chu chee pla) really yum, pad thai yum, papaya salad yum, crispy pork belly double yum, duck salad yum - as you can see we happily chowed through their menu (there was a few of us) going back soon!!

This restaurant has only been opened for a short time, and I decided to dine there for dinner, I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming, I ordered seafood with vegetables in oyster sauce, it tasted great, I really enjoyed it 10/10

The Thai food is absolutely delicious with Thai chefs in the kitchen you know w your going to get authentic Thai food 🇹🇭 . Thank you for making it an enjoyable experience we have now found our local Thai restaurant that we will come back for more 🤗

Great food and very attentive staff, have been here for dinner twice and have always enjoyed what we ordered. The atmosphere is also quite pleasant.

All I can say is WOW. I ordered takeaway and the first thing I saw was environmentally friendly packaging! Then I opened the Penang curry and o m g. Most flavourful delicious Thai curry I have ever eaten. My only regret is that I didn’t order more!!!

Awesome food, curry is delicious & nothing that’s not tasty on the menu. Efficient and friendly enough service, bit noisy but food is good so we visit again and again (sometimes take away too)!

Had dinner here last night for the second time. Enjoyed the food both times but I don’t think we will be back again. A large group of 20 people which was booked a few weeks in advance. We collectively spent close to $700 yet had to wait almost 2 hours for our entrees and a further hour to get our mains. <br/><br/>Seems to be that they were far more focused on menulog and Uber orders and ignored their dine-in patrons. No apologies or even excuses.

Stumbled into this lovely restaurant on a cold and hungry Friday night. Service Staff were attentive and food was prompt to arrive upon ordering. A good menu that caters for many. Will be back!

Got home Saturday night from a big day at the day spa (woe is me) and spied a menu from Sassy Thai in the mailbox so decided to give it a go. We called up with a takeaway order and collected it 20 minutes later. The venue itself was quite pleasant and they were several diners enjoying an early dinner. I personally found my prawn pad see ew a little lacklustre and not packing that delicious flavour that should come coating these noodles. The prawns however were cooked very well.<br/>The roti bread was unfortunately very dry and hard. The search the elusive perfect local Thai continues

I've been to Sassy Thai on 2 occasions and enjoyed it very much. It's good classic Thai food and the staff is very friendly. Affordable prices too. Great local option.

We were delighted with our meal. The food was fresh, colourful and delicious. The waiters are lovely. The feeling of the restaraunt is very nice. We will definitely be back often.

Best Thai in the area from several options. Fresh and quality ingredients. Recommend the Pad Thai and Duck Curry. Regular customer, both dine in and take away, and always consistently good.

My daughter and I recently dined at this restaurant and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, the menu is quite extensive and my meal was very delicious
