ordered a bunch of stuff with my friends here! the overall setting felt really nice and spacious, i liked how ipads had been utilised to place orders. i ordered the chicken katsu ramen - the serving size was average and the ramen was pretty good overall.
Food here is some of my favourite Japanese food! The service is always super quick and there is friendly staff. The only issue is when the iPad doesn’t work, ordering and service can get quick slow.
Ok the food its good and comes pretty quickly if your trying to grab a bite before a movie.
Love how I can order using a ipad and not have someone hover around me while i can't decide what to eat, it lets me take my time.
The premises is clean and has sufficient amount of seating but the service could improve, doesn't cost to give a smile!!!!
Thought I would try this before a movie. Friendly staff very prompt service. The Veg Gyoza were tasty but a bit rubbery for my liking. The Tofu Ramen is a very generous serving full of flavour and was a good meal. Super fast service from order to table.

I've always enjoyed the ramen at Ajisen Ramen....it may not be super authentic, but it's a nice enough meal which doesn't break the bank.
My go to is usually the volcano ramen. There's something quite special about their ramen - it's always springy and lovely. The soup base can be a bit too salty at times but for today, it was savoury and morish. The spicy sauce is reminiscent of a sambal....and who doesn't love a sambal with a nice kick to the taste buds?
Service is quick and efficient. The iPad under each table is used for the ordering process so that reduces the possibility of human error.
For a quick bite, this place ticks most of the boxes.
和高中同学来了这个土澳版“味千拉面”，在eastland shopping center的ground floor，生意还是很好的。我们两个点了kimchi fried ramen，beef ramen，烤牛舌，还有一个类似秋刀鱼的烤鱼，饮料要的都是matcha的～拉面的味道自然是很好，炒面的分量是真的很足了，最后还剩了好多。烤牛舌有点咸，但挤上柠檬汁就刚好好，烤鱼有股腥味我不喜欢。饮料也是很甜，这很抹茶了。
价格很亲民，面的价格都在13.5左右。我们两个人吃了大概60。
Had lunch here today and really enjoyed my Spicy Ramen. It could probably use a bit more heat, but I eat a lot of chilli so I probably have a higher spicy tolerance compared to others lol. The noodles were amazing, the right textures and the broth was flavoursome. The chicken karaage was well cooked, and bento box great value. Reasonable prices and great atmosphere for a restaurant right in the middle of a shopping centre. Loved the tablet ordering system, I can take my time ordering without worrying about the waiters getting my orders wrong or waiting too long for me to make up my mind.
Yummy food, teriyaki chicken sizzling plate especially! Will always come back to this place because the food is great and the service is quick.
We enjoyed it, they have i pads for you to order from so no real talking to the staff. Food is always pretty good though and your usually in and out quickly.

For a chain restaurant, the taste is really consistent. I been to the Glen Waverley one and now the Ringwood branch. The fried rice I had was really good. With a fussy eater with me, complaining about not hungry..and want ice cream. I had to force her to eat the 1st bowl of fried rice..then the rest was history. Total refill: 3 x..;). Ramen: I had the Spicy Rib. Only mild spicy but overall the flavour is good. We had the combo..good value..if u are extremely hungry or have little ones who dont eat much. However, not sure it is the master stock or what, both the Raman branches has really salty broth..usually I would like to slurp up the broth in a Japanese Restaurant,liked the Kyoto Cafe Upstairs at Ringwood. But in Ajisen..their broth is way too salty, not sure if they can reduce half the salt next time I visit..Nevertheless, I will definitely order the Fried Rice.
Ipad ordering, menu items with picture and lots of extra add on. Comfortable seatings, fast and good customer service. Ordered chargrilled beef ramen and spicy paiku ramen and taste really good. Excellent broth.
Had the ramen with ribs and it was quite good. They provide lots of options to choose from. Portion size is large for the price ($13) so make sure you go on an empty stomach. Great customer service.
