Review Zukka Cafe - Ringwood

I was passing through the area looking for a high rated Cafe to treat myself and ended up at this place. On first impressions I wasn't sure why it was rated so high... menu is basic and probably a great stop for tradies but certainly not for Cafe snobs. Lavazza coffee and possibly vitasoy milk?...but cute latte art! I appreciate the little things and give credit to these adorable owners doing their best, felt like I was welcomed into their little home away from home.

Cute little cafe tucked in near police station opposite Eastland. Very friendly staff. Good coffee. Indoor and outdoor seating. Nice selection of sweet treats. I enjoyed a quiet place with a coffee and my book.

Discovered this place on Google Maps. A goodly variation of seating options including a Georgian-style annex that traps the sun’s warmth thru the greenhouse effect. Reasonably priced and pleasant service from a woman (presumably a joint proprietor) who seemed to have a vested interest in the customers, unlike the take it or leave it attitude of young employees on the payroll at franchise cafes. A slight drawback having to cross a busy road to get there.

My first time visiting here and it’s such a lovely place tucked away on the busy Ringwood Street. It’s inviting and the staff are beautiful. I was personally handed me my coffee ☺️ Would recommend for a stop-by if you’re in the area. Oh, did I mention the coffee is amazing?

I was unfortunately disappointed by my visit to Zukka Cafe in Eastland Shopping Centre, located on the ground floor just outside of the entrance to Myer. The food I ordered was rather lacklustre and expensive for what I received.<br/><br/>I ordered a Skinny Latte and a Mushroom and Ham Quiche/Pastry Pocket with a side salad. My coffee was okay, not much to complain about, however, my meal was not so great. It was hard to categorise as it had a rather tough outer layer of pastry and was coated in a thick layer of melted cheese on top. The inside blend of creamy mushroom and ham was quite delectable after I had chipped away from the outside in. The garden side salad was also thrown together very roughly and lacked dressing, so it tasted rather bland and boring. I also didn't feel full after having my lunch at Zukka Cafe and I am not a gluttonous person by any means.<br/> <br/><br/>I don't think I'll be back.

BREAKY BEFORE WORK: When you work 10 hour shifts this is the perfect place to come before! Great customer service; such friendly staff! I got banana bread with a latte. The Banana bread was great! I asked for it toasted, it could do with a little more toasting! The walnuts were a great addition, and the butter serving was VERY GENEROUS! I think I only used 1/8 of my butter hahaha! The latte was very good. My boyfriend got scrambled eggs and toast with orange juice. The eggs were cooked perfectly however were not seasoned enough. The toast was delicious and had a good amount of butter spread on it. Would come back for breakfast :)

Absolutely love this place!! Staff are always polite, even when they're run off their feet and food comes straight away!! Love eating here!!

I have liked in Ringwood for 6 years now and for some reason never had food or coffee at Zukka cafe in Eastland! Well after a friend telling me how amazing it was I decided to go and have a look for myself. After a busy morning of Christmas shopping I decided to stop in for some brunch. I was quite impressed by their salad bar which consisted of fruits, salad vegetables, cheeses and meats. Everything looked fresh and delicious, all ready to make fresh sandwiches and rolls!
