Review Grill'd - Ringwood

It’s ok for a burger when you are in a hurry but definitely it’s not delicious. We had to wait around 15 min for the burgers to be served and they were cold. The sweet potato chips were warm.

We just bought food for 4 people as we had a leaving do for one of the staff. All I can say is the food was stone cold. We had a salad with no way of eating it as we had no cutlery in the bag. My order was a grilled chicken burger that was stone cold. I spoke to one of the supervisors at the store and he offered me a free chips ????. Really Grilled !!!! Just not good enough

Grill'd Eastland is a place that does not disappoint, as their Burgers are great. Well located, Good Ambience and Ample space throughout, Grill'd is a must go to for Lovers of Burgers. Its Staff provide a very friendly service and are attentive to customers needs.

My order arrived after 25 min. Burger was cold and drink was not cold. I was watching my food was standing on the kitchen table for 11 min and not even one single staff touch the plate. I asked for tomato sauce. I finished my food and she didn’t bring it. I asked for a glass with ice, didn’t receive it until I remind them again. Was my second terrible experience at Grill’d.

Customer service for those collecting takeaway needs a serious overhaul. It's disorganised, with people hanging around at the front waiting for orders. Staff don't take initiative to follow up and check on orders. I ordered 1 grilled chicken salad and arrived for pick-up at the agreed time. I told two staff members my name/order number but no one checked. After waiting for 20 mins, another staff member found my order which had been sitting there and told me it was "probably fine". I requested that it was remade. Salad itself was okay but definitely smaller than I remember, just thrown into a small box, no dressing.

The attention was great! Nothing to complain about that. But They show off they sell RSCPA approved chicken but there's nothing to be proud of (see images below). They have Plant based burgers are okay, onion rings and sweet potatoes are the best! We'll absolutely be back for those ones!

Great burgers as always. Delicious, juicy burgers a bit too salty on the mushroom burger. Chips were fresh, still hot and crispy and the dipping sauces of the sweet chilli mayo and herb mayo complimented the chips well and were interesting flavours that you don't get to try often. Staff were friendly (especially the girl with black hair)!

First time eating here. Busy dinner time, so needed to be called back after being placed on the waiting list. The number sort of looked like an international phone # so wasn't sure if it was spam. Anyhow, made it there. After more waiting in line and for the food to cook. Was very happy with the Summer Sunset and Melbourne burgers. Chips and zucchini chips weren't great. It was advertised that the zucchini chips had a different new recipe but they were still soggy with oil as per the older style. A tad crunchier with the crumb.
