The worst, smallest, most expensive Bahn Mi I have ever eaten. Poor customer service. Wish I read the reviews beforehand. Ordered 1 banhmi tofu, took 15 mins to make when there were no customers in the line, asked specifically to cut in half - didn't. When cut in half salad fell out and wasn't refilled properly. Filling was merely any, 1 slice of each ..... Never again.....

Worst customer service ever!!!! The worker with the nose ring needs to work on their customer service skills. I didn't get served at all and I waited in line. Two customers had pushed infront of me the this worker accepted that kind of behaviour, that is not okay. Still doesn't even deserve a star.

Ordered a Bánh Mì, but they were so busy with Uber orders, that it took them 20 mins to get me my order. Prioritise customers that are already there, mate.

Name checks out, I ‘got rolled’, or maybe I accidentally ordered a ‘Burnht Mi’. Expensive for a Banh Mi, 1 rice paper roll & drink ($17.70). Was surprised they’d even serve this, surely they looked at the bread whilst making it?

Ordered 2 rice paper rolls, one with pork the other with duck. Both were bulked out with noodles and the small amount of meat that was present was tough, dry and tasteless. The rice paper on the duck roll was rubbery and difficult to chew. I wish I had read the other reviews before I went here. They
