Review East Ringwood Pizza - Ringwood

I ordered the Family Size Turkish Lamb Pizza and wow it was the best pizza I ever had! The roast lamb were slices and we just right thickness, they were not chewy or burnt, very juicy. The cheese was tasty and the pizza dough was good, not too thick or too thin, it was fluffy and tasted just right.

Terrible pizza - cheap products used to make the pizza, poor toppings - just an all round failure of a pizza. 0/10 You need to go to a good pizza store and see how it’s done. You’re being far too cheap with your pizzas - I think as a customer you should pass up on these guys and go buy a frozen at IGA. We took a chance to try local but this is awful and we will never be back again.

The pizza that I have been ordering in the past ate amazing and taste wonderful. So I decided to order pasta this time. Order Seafood Napoletana pasta and Carbonara. The Seafood Napoletana is really good but the Carbonara pasta taste horrible. Too much mushroom which take over all the aroma of the pasta resulting in horrible smell and the sause is not creamy like other restaurant's carbonara. So maybe put less mushroom and use thick creamy sause and fresh pasta. Other than that all of the rest of menu are good.

Toppings were pretty good (sausage, ham and ground beef) with the right amount of cheese and tomato sauce, however the crust was horrid. I'm not sure why they their pizza dough includes sugar, but it absolutely unacceptable in pizza.

Our pizzas were vastly fresh and tasty. My only complaint.. they definitely need to be more generous with the toppings for the large pizzas ; use more meat & vegies etc. Best gourmet pizzas in the area without doubt..please keep this form going !!! Love this place.. and the shop is designed to perfection.

I wanted to share my experience because I'm still in awe over the customer service I received last night. Not just me, but some other stranger who was there too. I know the pizza is good, because my family has been going here for years, even when they were branded as Allen's Pizza (still the same owners and business to our understanding). I walked in and ordered the regular pizza I get (Chicken Pesto is amazing and full of toppings!). Before walking in, a young male employee walked outside to a man who had ordered before me to give him his pizza. The man had his dog with him and didn't want to go inside (to stay with his dog). When the employee walked out to give the man his pizza, he was just so lovely. "Have a good night" followed by a friendly smile. He didn't have to go outside and hand it to him, but he did. That was so nice. So I waited a short while for my order and the staff recognized I was there, and were working hard on making other orders. When mine was ready, I was called to go grab it. Not having enough hands, the employee asked if I needed a hand back to my car and gave me a bag for the drinks ordered, followed by "have a good night Mel". Small things like this make my night, especially coming from such a young person who wouldn't otherwise care for people in this day and age. Thank you so much for being awesome at what you do. We will always be back. The pizzas are great and your service is even better. Cheers!

The pizza my husband got 3 weeks ago. Very excellent. Good flavour.But for Pete's sake , use MORE toppings & more sauces. Use thicker pizza bread and more meats. Other than that very awesome and best pizza in ringwood.

Very average pizza. The small is ridiculously small. In fact I’ve never seen a pizza that small for the ‘small’ size which we get all the time at other places.<br/>Very inconsistent in quality. Won’t go back.

As a last miniute resort decided to try this place for some yummy creamy pasta reading all the great reviews. My husband ordered a Creamy Mushroom pasta with chicken for $10.50. Our order was ready in 10 minutes which was great. Portion size was good. But it was an ok for my husband. It was supposed to be creamy but there was close to no sauce. I dont think we would be visiting it again.

Great pizza!!!really enjoyed!!!Ordered bbq and spicy turkish pizza, it's great value and taste! The staff is funny and the boss is nice. Tired this pizza many times and still like it!

Great fun staff, GF options available and really delicious pizza. I was not expecting such delicious sauces and you can order half and half. It's nice to have a well priced pizza that's local 👏🏼😁

Great, quality pizza and service. Their delivery is quick, I definitely will return to this shop soon. My personal favourite is Pesto Chicken.

About 2 month ago, ordered  pizza delivery. The delivery was almost nothing as ordered and it took 1 hour to be delivered, pizza was cold.  Despite the experience, decided on Friday to give another chance. Ordered the pizza , was told it takes 20 minutes. Returned to the shop after 18 minutes, was told that the pizza is in the oven.  A few minutes later, have been told, "Sorry your pizza got lost". Disgraceful .

Ordered pizza for delivery on a Sunday night and the delivery guy didn't smile or even speak actually and the pizza was only just warm. Won't eat their pizzas again!!!!

This is my favourite pizza shop to date. Big crusts. good amount of topping. Try the peri peri chicken if you enjoy a bit of spice. I will be returning for sure!!!

I am amazed at how many times I had to repeat my name and phone number to the illiterate dyslectic insane person who answers the phones. Happens every single time! Never ever again will I order from these hillbillies.

Last night at our house was pizza night and I wanted to try somewhere new as nothing in my area had been spectacular so far. So I did what any good food blogger does and took to social media and asked people what their go to pizza place was. Michelle H and Emma M suggested Prime Pizza in Ringwood East (Thanks ladies) and after looking at their menu and also realizing that I had a coupon (SCORE) I ordered from there.

Pretty impressed.  I have lived in Ringwood East for many years yet I never bothered to go here.  Now been twice this weekend as these are absolutely superb pizza!  My old pizza store in burnt bridge has just been retired!

I really like Prime for pizza if you don't want anything too heavy. The bases are not too thin or thick and really light with a slight crunch. They may not be as overloaded with toppings as other places, but that makes these pizzas not too rich or overindulegent. The bacon burger pizza is really yummy!

LOVE LOVE LOVE. I am constantly raving about prime pizza to friends and family. i am a regular customer and just love the friendly environment and the beautiful pizzas. the employees are so helpful and if you're ever in a crabby mood make sure you ask to be served by Lauren. she is a delight to chat to whilst paying for your order or collecting your pizzas. Leon is a fabulous manager and never fails to make sure you're 100% satisfied

Rubbish service. Made an order over the phone. Picked up the 2 large pizzas only to get home and they were the wrong pizzas. Not even close. I rang them to let them know what had happened. They said "yeah we realised once you had left" When i asked why didnt you call my mobile straight away and i could just come straight back. "oh we are very busy, we were going to call you later that night" Rightttt. Terrible customer service, and to honest the pizzas aint much better. Stay away.

Great, pan baked, quality pizzas!. We decided to try a new pizza place near home an we weren't disappointed. We checked the website out and we liked what we saw! We ordered and were extremely pleased with the gorgeous, pan baked bases that included quality ingredients, e.g. the personally chopped deli style ham on the Hawaiin pizza. We would definitely revisit this place very soon for our next pizza! Recommend!
