Review Pizza Hut Ringwood - Ringwood

Wasn't a present dinner for me. Domino tastes better. Order my first pizza here thought give it a try.1/7/22 But the flavour bit sad Spent almost 50 dollars but none of them was nice 🙂. I and my partner end up feeding the birds the next day. They also sent my order wrong as well. Ask for the spicy wings but sent us peri-peri or buffalo I only had 1 because it's way too sour.

My overall experience was okay other than the fact that they gave me the wrong pizza. This place is clearly understaffed during peak hours. To anyone ordering from this establishment please check your pizzas when u pick up your order.

Given a 7:30 delivery time, called at 8:20 as it still said preparing, spent 25 minutes on the phone just to get disconnected one second after the call was finally answered. Order still says preparing, will it ever turn up? Lets watch and find out.

We are one street away - the driver went via Bayswater - they were barely warm. We ordered 2 medium pizzas and got 2 completley different size pizzas

Worst pizza ever. Now this is happening 4th time. What do you think of yourself when you send this kind of food?? Are we paying for this ? We always think of let it go but not this time. Ordered veggie sensation got the worst pizza. As you can see chess is not melted. Ringwood Pizza Hut do you guys even check the order while sending it out? You must remember that you are running food business!! Not good, specially we order pizza from you guys on regular basis. Last time when we ordered was on 25/01/2021 and it was big order that time also one pizza was like this- Margarita one. I need to think now twice before placing order

Got a large traditional Supreme and only ate 2 slices, fed the rest to my garden Magpies, now I feel I am guilty of animal abuse.

I usually get the boneless chicken wings here and they're really nice! They got my order wrong last time though and gave me the spicy boneless wings, which were too hot for me to enjoy.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Quite literally the worse experience of my LIFE! Placed an order at 5pm and by 6pm nothing... Called the store and got told the order had just left the store... 7pm.. nothing.. called the store again and apparently there was never an order in the system under our name and then got hung up on... my partner tried to call and got hung on as well. Went into the store and the manager refused to refund me my money even after showing him all the details of the order and money being taken out of my account. They said they would refund in 7 days... 4 weeks later and I am still yet to receive any refund. Customer service said they would refund our money and we are still waiting... I refuse to ever use such a service again! Appalling customer service!
