Had birthday drinks tonight along with dinner and it didn't disappointment. It's worth going for happy hour the cocktails are really good and well priced at $10. Passionfruit Margarita's and the staff member Chris gave me a complimentary cocktail for my birthday. He was really attentive and helpful in helping us choose dinner. Good recommendations and very good service. šŸ‘ do yourself a favour and go.

If you are interested in the American food culture it's an interesting option, however I found it to be less appealing than the branches in America itself. The burger with their special sauce is nice and a clear step up from other American chains (looking at you maccas) however it is nothing special compared to other burgers around, such as grilld. The fries are fine, and dipping sauce is sweet and I found to be OK, not bad but certainly no ketchup. The smoked brisket was interesting and the sauce (Coca-Cola flavoured) was too sweet. The meat itself was decent enough so I didn't smother it with the additional sauce provided. The coleslaw and pickles were definitely needed as the meat with the sauce is very rich. Serving size can't be compared to America but that's to he expected. Would've been a higher rating if I haven't really enjoyed the American experience first hand. The price was high for what it is.

We had 1.5 hours before a movie so thought we should have plenty of time to have a nice meal. We rock up and get seated and then waiting ages to get our order taken. Eventually someone comes and then still it takes an incredibly long time. Strangely tables near us who arrived after us are receiving food and we still havenā€™t got any drinks. We asked for food to come all at once but entree comes first and then drinks arrive right before mains!?! and this is about an hour after we arrived so Iā€™ve been sitting there for an hour without drinks and very bored and now I donā€™t have time to enjoy wine at all and we are eating as fast as possible and left our plates half eaten to get out of there!

Went for a dinner and had 6 pieces of Jack Danielā€™s glaze chicken wings, their seasonal greens and thin fries. It was busy throughout the night. If you like sweet glaze, then this Jack Danielā€™s sauce is for you. I even eat my fried with it. Wings are tiny though. Green seasonal that came was brocollini, zucchini, and some green beans (not sure what the name is, maybe broad beans?), it was nothing special, you can only taste salt and thatā€™s about it. A bit disappointing for restaurant quality but I guess an option if you want to eat something healthier there. Fries are slightly dry for my liking, but still ok. Overall TGIF is a safe place to eat, and staff is very good.

The food is tasty; the staff are friendly and will come back to them.

From the moment I walked in (1out!) I was treated with respect and warmly. I know that sounds a bit wishy-washy but I've had some bad experiences lately and I to was refreshing. It's not the cheapest, but good food, good service and (enough) attention is just what I wanted. Well done team.

My wife who is from Philly was craving some Buffalo wings. TGI Fridays at Eastland really hit the spot! Excellent American food. Very delicious and service was beyond amazing. From front desk to service of food. Katherine was exceptionally good and ensured my 2 year old was entertained and kept checking up on us. Highly recommended.

Recently had dinner here.
Service was not friendly. Staff rude.
I had the chicken tenders. Like frozen crap. Kfc make better ones. Coleslaw dry no dressing.
My partner had the steak it was average.
Highlight was my cocktail. Fell very short of the mark. Will not be back. Waste of $120.00

I'm in two minds about this place. The customer service was excellent, in fact above excellent.
However the food portions and quality of food for the price they charge was so sub par that the only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because of the customer service.
I tried the half rack of ribs. They were cooked pretty average. Not amazing, not terrible. But for the price, I was expecting them to fall off the bone. And the side was a tiny serving of coleslaw and some chips. And by tiny, I mean it would fit on a 50c piece. I don't eat much to begin with but I had to go home and have another dinner just so I wasn't hungry anymore. I can't remember the last time that ever happened.
Overall, this place is overpriced with tiny portions but excellent customer service. So if you're looking to pay a small fortune to be befriend temporarily by a server, this is the place to go!

Tgi Fridays has gone so far down hill it's not funny! Absolutely terrible service today and it wasn't even busy! We thought we'd try eastland tgi's as all the other ones have gone downhill too but thought this one being newer would be better. The burgers were horrible, just dripping out water from the lettuce. My husband's one was very dry despite the water dripping off it. The chips were overdone and cold when we got them.
They've changed the menu and barely have any of the good stuff on there anymore! The kids chicken "fingers" weren't fingers but just fried chicken fillets. Had to wait over 10 minutes for 2 cokes and very surprised to see they no longer offer free refills.
Very disappointed with today's experience and service.

My wife and I as well as our 14 month old son went to TGI Friday's Eastland last weekend, it was just before 12pm, the place was relatively quiet, Brett the manager greeted us, set us up with a high chair and some colouring paper and crayons for our son, we had the burrito bowl with chicken and the 500g rib eye on the bone with the creamed spinach on the side. Both meals were amazing but the steak was just exceptional, I had it cooked medium and it was perfect, it had a nice cheese crust and creamed spinach was fresh and seasoned perfectly, served in cast iron which I loved.

To put it in perspective this is one of the best steaks I have ever eaten at probably the best restaurant price I've ever paid for a rib eye on the bone, credit to the chef.

The service from Brett and everyone was also exceptional, we were consistently checked on and asked if we needed anything, the interaction with staff was easy and free flowing.

We will 100% be going back.

Iā€™ve been so several different TGIs in Australia and the US and I love that you always know what youā€™re going to get, which is good quality American fare that wonā€™t leave you hungry. Eastland slots right in with the rest and we had a great family meal here last night. The $5 margaritas were a hit, and we all enjoyed our cheeseburgers. They were also really helpful in shuffling a couple of reservations to put us in a booth, which helped a lot with my 2 year olds eating. To top it off they were really accommodating in payment when I forgot to use a voucher, hats off for the customer service! Sorry I couldnā€™t remember the name of the guy who sat us and took payment, but he was a star. Cheers!

Awful, just awful. I wish Zomato would allow me to give no stars at all. Whereā€™re the Jack Daniels ribs? They were so amazing, and the only thing I ever ordered here. The replacements are a HUGE disappointment. We got 2 orders of full rack of ribs and they were a pitiful size, and they cost $38!!! Skinny, with barely any meat and so dry, with just a slight smear of sauce! And we werenā€™t given a side serve of sauce (as usually is done with the Jack Daniels ribs). Whereā€™s the coleslaw? Skinny, meatless, DRY ribs with fries for $38. Ripoff. This is my first review on Zomato. I was so disappointed and angry, that I was driven to write this review. AND I AM STILL HUNGRY!!! Cā€™mon guys.... fix this please!!!!

Went with a friend for Valentineā€™s Day at TGI Friday.
We ordered Mac ā€˜Nā€™ cheese bites to shares, cowboy beef burger and Fridays bacon cheeseburger. The food was delicious especially the Mac ā€˜Nā€™ cheese. Staff was very friendly. We also ordered 2 cocktails: Long Island Iced tea and strawberry mojito.
