Used to favour Hungry Jack's over McDonald's. But last year or so I've had so many poor dining experiences at Hungry Jack's, I only go there if there's no other choice. Pretty decent vegan burger, but definitely doesn't stack up to a burger containing meat. It had pretty good texture and outward appearance but was lacking a bit in flavour and juiciness. Good customer service and as you would expect from a fast food restaurant, literal fast food. Good seating areas

Food is better then hygiene/ambiance. One of the toilet had no lock. And the table were not cleaned, not sure is they had to be cleaned by them. It's good for drive through, for dine in, it is better to have something than nothing, so yeh clean yourself n make yourself home.

It's ok. Service is ok. Does the job when you've had a long day and no time to cook.

There was miscommunication with my order in regards to Rebel whopper and the regular whopper (definitely need to call the rebel whopper something else, as it definitely is easy to confuse the vegetarian burger with the meat burger). I presume it was the manger I spoke with, dealt with the issue Effi
