My go to food outlet at Eastland. Always fresh and flavourful. They’re not stingy with their meat and the staff are always friendly. Would definitely recommend.
Big servings and friendly staff. I had the vegetarian burrito and it was quite nice. Probably one of the best choices for food in the eastland foodcourt.
I've been a Mexican man for as long as I can remember because man cannot live on burgers, fries and pizza alone (sadly). And like they say variety is the spice of life. I ordered the chicken fajita and it was mouthwateringly good as were the nachos. The thing I like about the fajita is that it's so easy to eat, chicken or beef with rice and peppers and guacamole and what not all wrapped up like that so you can dig right in. I don't generally drink alcohol or I may have had a Corona with it so I settled on a Lime juice instead. I have to stop writing this as I'm getting hungry thinking about it. Definitely recommending Salsa's as I feel it is better than 'Paco's Taco's' which was overpriced and tasted weird by comparison. Also looking forward to traveling to Mexico when I can and trying 'the real thing.' Fingers crossed.
They lack a little vegetarian option wise but the chip burritos without meat are pretty bombing, my partner loves the chicken burritos & we both love the chips. Salsa's is a pretty great go to if you want quick, easy Mexican while on a shop.
I wouldn't normally review Salsas but today was my first foray into the burrito bowl world and I've got something to say. The bowls have been a thing for at least a couple of years but I've always been a chicken and guac burrito with some mexicrinkles on the side kinda girl (the seasoning on their chips is tremendous, truly very delicious). Given I'm on a diet the bowl was happening so tell me how is it the charge $1 MORE for that than the burrito itself when all it consists of is shredded lettuce with a few slivers of chicken thrown on top. At least there was a decent amount of guac on there but how this is supposed to sustain a person beyond twenty minutes is beyond me. Serving size inadequately disappointing (points for chips that I know and love)
It was one of those days where time got the best of me and I had not had lunch, so I decided to pop into Eastland shopping centre. I had a craving for Mexican and decided to buy something at Salsas. I looked on the menu and could not see their quesadillas so I asked if they still had them. The young girl behind the counter told me that they did and I almost kicked up my heels in a happy dance!
To the person who complained salsa's is not healthy.. Of course adding large chips and soft drink to your meal is not healthy. That's common sense.
Salsa's meals ARE healthy.. you can adjust your meal however you want it, add and take out anything to make it they way you want. The staff, managers and owners are ALWAYS accommodating. Take out the cheese, and sauce if your wanting a healthy meal. They accommodate for all food intolerance and preferences, and are always vigilant with them.
Salsas always has fantastic service the staff are great and friendly, always consistent and the food is fresh and tasty
Finally a fast food place with good food in Eastland. Always had a good experience, although today's fajita was definitely a lot spicier than ever before.
Taco Tuesday. $1.95 taco Tuesday's is the best lunch option in Eastland. Fresh, healthy and made to order.
More of the same please. This is now the only option for lunch when at Eastland for me. The service is great. The food is healthy and freshly made for you. Highly recommend a visit. Taco Tuesday is a wallet bonus. Keep up the great work Salsa's Fresh Mex Grill.
