I've been here multiple times for lunch, and it's been consistently a good experience. The service is friendly and fast. The food is delicious, plus there's plenty of meals and beverages to choose from. They also sell other miscellaneous items like snacks and tobacco products.

Don't waste your money. Don't go to this cafe. I ordered a take away Banh Mi Roast pork. Very disappointed, inside Banh Mi only contained few pieces roast port and the salad only have very little. Not sure I want to actually post this review because this hidden gem is so damn good. Their Asian Bain Marie food is always exciting. Their $8 Banh Mis are definitely some of the best in Perth (get the crispy roast pork if they have it or the BBQ chicken). I hope they stay busy but never too busy!

They guys working there are friendly and serve up some fantastic Vietnamese food. Good value and fresh. I urge you to give it a try. They also sell burgers, all day breakfast and coffee.

Very slow service and the hot food can sit there all day which is awful. Lotto Service counter is never staffed and quite often you wait endlessly for a staff member to come to the lotto counter.
